The pickup/drop button doesn't work without additional software though.

Good Sound Quality
My company uses these headsets for Skype calls. The microphone is crystal clear and eliminates background noise. The headstrap is adjustable and comfortable.The build quality is very good and last us a long time, despite daily use.

Lasted one month
Lasted one month and the customer service option was so poor I gave up, after 20 min when they wanted me to download some software to trouble shoot. Its defective, just replace it.

Bought this for my bf for work. Works fine has a usb connector, lightweight, comfortable and does the job, just one earpiece as thats what he needed

Can’t recommend. There’s better.
I’m sort of disappointed with this. I had an earlier model which was great. It was sturdy and top quality. However this model isn’t. It’s flimsy and feels cheap. It does the job though but if you want quality and need to wear it all day I wouldn’t recommend this. Thankfully I only need it for a couple of hours at a time.Also it wasn’t packaged well. There was no box. Just merely put in a jiffy bag… amazed it survived the journey !
