These make my shoes so much more comfortable with an added cushion effect. They also help remove unwanted stinky feet. They do wear though but are much cheaper than the ones on offer in shops. I generally purchase a few of these at the same time

These were easy to cut and saved my favourite slippers - the original insoles had worn through but with these fitted the slippers are very comfortable again and will go for miles :o) will order again

I wanted a light and thin insole for my trainers and these fit the bill. They are very comfortable, add the extra tad of support I wanted, and are reasonably priced.A bonus for me is that having size 12 feet, I usually don't have to cut new insoles to fit. Indeed, these just fitted easily into my Clarke's trainers with no adjustment. Being quite thin, they do tend to ruck-up - so, as always, did apply a small dab of contact adhesive. That did the trick.They are rather lightweight, so I cannot yet testify to their longevity. However, after 3 months occasional use, they are still fine. That said, I would probably choose something a tad stronger for, say, heavy work shoe use.

When I originally purchased these they were under £4. Whether or not they are still good value at the current time will depend on how long you expect your inserts to last.This is my second purchase of Kaps Soft Latex Inserts.My first pair lasted approximately three months after which point they were falling apart, smelt awful, and were beginning to become uncomfortable. If you're looking for cheap and thin these fit the bill, especially for those of us heavy on our feet and prone to destroying the inside of our trainers/shoes within months of purchase.They add a small increase in comfort and won't force your foot up against the top of your shoe/trainer, even if the footware in question is particularly narrow in height. They're easy to cut down to size and get into the trainer/shoe, with clear markings to cut along.All in all, not terrible. However if you need extra support or want something that will last these are not them.

Great, just enough cushioning to revive old trainers (esp for the odd dog walk) and pad out without feeling like orthotic supports. I like that they’re not fixable, I can move them to another pair at my leisure. Ordour reducing, ace. Love that I can cut them to size. What’s not to love? I’m happy and bought three pairs!

Absolute rubbish - don’t buy! Ignore reviews - bought these thinking they were excellent value for money following the reviews! Cut them to size for my sons size 4 School shoes, they cut well, delivery was fast, however after two days use they are falling to pieces! I have seven days left of school, I refuse to buy a new pair of school shoes just for the seven days, and now I am going to have to find more inner soles to replace these ones! Not happy. If you want to buy, go ahead but be warned they won’t last!

Comfortable and keeps feet feeling fresh.

.Bought a pair of these to go inside a pair of peeptoe flatties that are absolutely perfect but with insoles that were rather ‘sad’(I actually bought them on a whim as I wanted an order to go over £20 to benefit from free p&p !!!)These are perfect. Easy to cut to size. Very comfortable to wear. Not obvious at the peeptoe either.I actually used the excuse of free p&p again, a few days later to purchase another TWO pairs (one to use and one to save!)!!Very much recommended (and keep in mind if you need to boost an order to £20 to benefit from free p&p !!!)..
