Easily bends
Looked good upon arrival. Bought for huffy biked. Struggle to attach to bike. Bent very soon after sons tested out. Not recommended for 8 year olds. Might work for 3-4 year olds.

Weight of child might be a factor.
Easy enough to install, but they wouldn't support my kid. Granted he is a bit older, and heavier (90 lb) than a typical child learning to ride a bike, it's something to keep in mind. Bent out of shape same day I installed.
