Brilliant, feels extremely comfortable, very durable dual usage key cap/ switch puller. One end pulls the keycaps out, and the other lifts the switch out. Great value for money, defiantly recommend.

I bought this combined keycap and switch puller to service and experiment with hot-swappable mechanical keyboards on my bench, primarily using Cherry MX and Gateron-style switches. The stainless steel construction immediately feels more rigid than the thin wire pullers often bundled with boards, and the tool has enough weight to feel controlled without being clumsy. The keycap puller grips caps evenly and releases them cleanly without excessive flex, while the switch puller jaws align accurately with switch tabs, reducing the risk of scraping plates or bending housings during removal. In repeated use, I found it particularly effective on tighter plates where cheaper pullers tend to slip or deform. The metal edges are smooth enough not to mar keycaps, though care is still required on softer plastics. Ergonomically it is acceptable rather than refined; extended sessions can cause mild finger fatigue due to the narrow profile. Overall, it is a solid, well-made utility tool that performs reliably for maintenance and modding, even if it lacks comfort-focused design touches.
