I have to wear oxygen when I sleep. I bought this machine to take with me on a 5-day vacation, it worked perfectly. It is lightweight, approximately 12 lb, and very quiet. I am completely satisfied and happy with my purchase.

This oxygen concentrator is awful – it literally hardly does anything.. It smells like strong plastic every time I use it, making it a real hassle. It ruins the whole experience, trust me. And it's not worth the money at all. It's also way heavier than it should be for something you're supposed to carry around. I'd only suggest it if you're really strapped for cash and have no other choice. But honestly, keep searching for something better. And you gotta remember to lug around the power cord everywhere you go to recharge it because there's no backup battery option – you're stuck with whatever's inside. To add insult to injury, it can't even get the oxygen levels right, and the battery kicks the bucket super fast, like within an hour. Total garbage. Plus, you need a prescription for a proper oxygen concentrator anyway.

The media could not be loaded.  This is not a portable oxygen unit you carry around. You can move it from room to room ect...but you would leave it stationary. Your not taking this on a shopping trip. It is fairly easy to use just turn on and apply the type of delivery tubing you want to use. The head piece is really convenient when your awake and sitting up and don't want the nasal cannula in your nose. It is a really good oxygen delivery system. It's not something you can really leave on if your laying down. The unit is fairly quiet. If you do add water to moisturize the oxygen the bubbling will be noticeable especially if it is in a quiet room. The unit really does perform well. I used it last night without the added water and it didn't interrupt my sleep. The nasal cannula is quite bulky I find, and does have a plastic/rubber smell that goes away after about an hour of using it. This appears to be a good value for your money.

I love this lightweight machine. It works really well. It’s great you can add distilled water to add moisture so you don’t get dried out. I also love the attachment that can replace putting the candela in nose and around ears.

I thought this thing would be a breeze to carry around, but it's just too darn bulky and heavy. And those little pieces keep popping out all the time, which is driving me up the wall. And don't even get me started on the smell – it's downright nasty. Definitely not what I was expecting. Ended up trading it in for something else, and I had no choice but to send it back. At first, it seemed alright, but then it started making this godawful grinding noise that's like nails on a chalkboard. Trying to get in touch with the seller was a bust – they basically ignored me. Now I'm stuck with a useless unit unless I want to listen to that horrible sound. And I shelled out a pretty penny for this thing.

Cannot deliver more than 2L/min

Use the machine at 2 liters per my doc when sleeping. My sleep app I use says my oxygen is around low 90s to 100 at that level. So not sure if I need to turn it up or if the machine under performs. But it seems to do what it generally is supposed to. The machine does make noise, there is no way around that. We have not tried the 2 person option. I do find that the nose cannulas take some getting use to so that you don’t knock it off your face while sleeping. I am doing an official sleep study test so I will compare those results with the sleep app and update if it’s different.

I am a night time only user. I purchased this knowing it weighed almost 12#. I wanted one that would be easier for me to pack for traveling away from home. I don’t qualify for a portable one from Medicare. This works well and I really like the humidifier. The cannula stays in place all night.
