well made, fits great and very versatile.
Great case overall, fits nicely without blocking the ports, seems durable and protective, screen can be adjusted to different angles, has a pen holder. Awesome case and I also bought it with the pouch to keep the accessories and I love it. Very recommended.

Decent case with a serious design flaw
The case is well suited to the Surface Pro 11 and seems to be of good quality, but it has a design flaw: it doesn't allow USB-C devices to be connected. The case has to be removed for them to work. What a disappointment! :(Update: It seems that only generic & low-brand USB-C devices require the removal of the case. Anker, Sandisk, and Ugreen USB-C devices work fine!

Great Product!
Despite the fact that our cat now thinks it’s a bed and scratchpad, this case is fantastic. Totally solves the “lap” laptop problem of the surface. The pouch is useful for accessories and office stuff. Looks great and seems very durable even after months of the cat scratching at it!

Completes it's function.
I feel like it keeps my computer safe and snug. Thr texture of the case is rather like leather. Installation is super simple you just snap it on. Overall great quality.
