Insta Glucose Gel Tri Pack - 24 Grams

This is an amazing product for any diabetic who wishes to have something in the house for an emergency. In fact, it's such a good product, I know of many paramedics who carry it with them while on the job. I was always taught to have cake frosting in the house in the event of an episode of low blood sugar. But Insta-Glucose is much, much better. It works faster and one tube can bring you back from a state of almost being in a coma to alert and ready to go to work. It gave me a little bit of an upset stomach the first time I used it, but I'm the only one that seems to have experienced this. Besides, an upset stomach is a small price to pay for having your blood sugar recovered quickly. This is an excellent product that every diabetic should have in their home.

A diabetic dog infused with insulin must have this nearby in case of overdose or the wrong type of insulin injected. This will safe the dogs life in front of your eyes. I accidently injected fast acting and convulsions and near death in my arms but this product smeared on gums and tongue saved her life!

When sugar gets low, usually unexpectedly, you need something that acts extremely fast and hopefully doesn't taste like glue. This has always been my choice, I carry a tube everywhere at all times, cars, truck, wife's purse, suitcase, office, night-stand etc. That is why I buy them 12 @ a time. Plus give them out to others with the same problem. Friends and even workman who come to the house that I find out about through chit chat.

Fast-acting, great tasting gel; used raise moderate to serious low blood glucose levels. It's great - I prefer it to any other glucose gel on the market.

IVE BEEN A DIABETIC FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND QUITE OFTEN AND MY SUGAR LEVALS SEEM TO DROP A LOT. I USE INSTA GLUCOSE AND IN A VERY SHORT TIME IM BACK TO NORMAL, THIS IS THE BEST PRODUCT IVE EVER USED.

This stuff tastes like nothing I've ever tasted before -- it's sickly sweet but not in a pleasant way -- not tart like Dex4 tabs or refreshing like some liquids. It also doesn't work as fast but very nearly. That said it's a must for diabetic SCUBA divers who might experience hypoglycemia while diving -- it takes a little practice but you can use it underwater so you don't have to surface if you start feeling the hypoglycemic slump coming on. A tube of this and a little moderation of activity and you can avoid a full-on blood sugar crash. No muss, no fuss, no emergency in the water.
