Great lumbar support
The Tralt Office Chair with Ergonomic adjustable lumbar support is GREAT! I ordered this chair because I sit to teach online 5 days a week. This adjustable chair is very comfortable, and supports my lower back nicely. It was easy toassemble and is a great height. It adjusts easily and has a great cushioned seat. It functions exactly as described andI am very happy with the black color.I highly recommend this office chair for great lumbar support!

Great chair for the price
The chair arrived quickly, the instructions were easy to understand and follow and the parts were grouped in an easy format. Took maybe 15 minutes to assemble. One of the seat cushion threaded nuts was not made well and I ended up stripping it, but it doesnt affect the use. The color is just as advertised. Fit is good and it helps that the arms flip up as the chair can go under my desk easily. It is comfortable and the mesh back helps me stay cool.

Nice chair, needs ability to adjust lumbar
The chair arrived well-packaged, with all the necessary tools and screws included. Assembly was a bit challenging, particularly when inserting the gas lift into the base, but the instructions—while relatively clear—could have been more detailed. One issue I encountered was that the original Amazon listing showed the chair with a headrest and stated it was included, but no headrest was in the box. I mentioned this when I processed my return, and it appears the listing has since been corrected.Ultimately, I returned the chair because the lumbar support is not adjustable up and down, which caused discomfort. Unfortunately, the pressure on the wrong area of my back led to numbness in my leg, making the chair unsuitable for me. On a positive note, the color is beautiful, and for others who don’t require adjustable lumbar support, this chair might work well.

Reasonable (for the price) but not for everyone
Addendum (what's below this paragraph is the original review.)If you're over 6 ft tall, I doubt the seat will adjust high enough for the length of your legs. If you weigh over 200 lbs it's probably not the chair for you. This is a lightweight chair, and I can appreciate that. Someone wrote the word "rigid" in their review. Hmmmm seat maybe isn't soft enough? The material used (not the mesh or fabric) is lightweight and there is some flexing, most certainly in the chair's arms if you use the arms when standing up, or to lower yourself onto the seat.---The big question is going to be durability. The materials used seem adequate, not "cheap" as someone else here commented in another review. The seat can definitely fit a larger butt than mine but I'm 170 lbs. and 5 '9", not a large guy. The distance from the back of the seat to where your knees are is fine for me. It feels a bit longer (in that respect) than the chair I am replacing. That means if you're taller, there'll still be adequate seat size but you might like the seat to lift higher (than it does) for your (knee to foot) leg length. If you are shorter (than me), it's possible you'll find the length of the seat too long. There is nothing you can do about that. The seat is comfortable enough, the padding thick and the material fine. As another reviewer stated, the stretchy material (mesh) used for the chair back (and lumbar support) is where there will be gradual wear over time, possibly causing the material to pull away from the frame. That was the case with my old one (not this brand). My initial reaction is that the mesh seems strong (and flexible) enough and it definitely supports as it should. The adjustable lumbar support is easy to adjust and works well. You can back it off enough to where you don't notice it if that's your preference, but it will come out far enough that you'll definitely feel it if more support is what you are wanting. For me, that feature was definitely a selling point as often you have to pay more for a chair that has adjustable lumbar support.Be sure to notice whether you're purchasing the chair that has a head rest, as seen in some of the photos. Not all models of this chair have a headrest if that matters to you. The "rise and rock back" adjustment functions work fine. Be aware, you cannot lower the height of the arm rests, as is possible with more expensive chairs.Assembly is easy enough but could be more detailed in its explanation. A longer bolt length was needed to fit the metal seat bottom to the cushioned seat itself. (Two of the four bolts that were provided weren't long enough.) This seems inexcusable, but nobody (and no company) is flawless I suppose. Hopefully I just happened to get the "lemon," in that regard. It took a 5 mins. drive to a hardware store to get the right length bolt.Addendum: I am not changing my rating, but after having used the chair for a day, I have noticed that the arms of the chair, (held in with one long bolt), seem more flexible than you would expect if you use the arms of the chair to push yourself up off the seat, which I assume most people do. It may be that the material and the design is doing exactly what it’s supposed to. I’ve not experienced that in an office chair before. So, we’ll see.

Loved it! Super comfortable and ergonomic
I bought this chair because I spend long hours in front of the computer and needed something supportive and comfortable. And it did not disappoint! The backrest is ergonomic and fits perfectly to my back, which has really helped with my posture. Plus, the headrest is such a great bonus, especially during long work sessions. The quality feels solid, the design is sleek, and it was easy to assemble. Highly recommended!

No leather is better
I got this for work since I spend a lot of time sitting at the computer. The one we have at the office is leather and firm, but it makes my legs and back sweaty. I have been using this for a week now, and I can honestly say it’s way better than the one at work. The adjustable back support is definitely a nice bonus.

Best “assembly needed” product I have ever put together!
The chair comes in quite a few pieces and while a little awkward in some points for one person (65 yo female), I was able to put it it together in about 40 minutes. The pieces were all nicely packaged. The directions were easy to follow, and all of the screws and washers were labeled with which pieces they were, and it came with extra screws and washers. The chair is very comfortable and works/adjusts as it’s supposed to. I would recommend.

It broke after a month!
Setup was easy and the chair was good at first. About a month or so late, I was unable to lean back in it as a piece of the bracket broke. So I e-mail and the person was very nice. I sent photos of the problem and he said he would replace it and nothing. I haven't heard a word and impossible to get in touch with as it has been many months. So the lesson for me... I purchased a chair that was a bit more expensive and had many good reviews. I don't know, perhaps I just got the one bad chair out of a thousand.
