If I could give this product zero stars, I would. The XTRONS screen has been nothing but problems since day one. It was professionally installed, all connections verified, and even replaced once — still doesn’t work properly. After weeks of back-and-forth, the issue remains unresolved. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They recycle the same generic troubleshooting steps, ignore detailed proof and videos, and refuse to take responsibility for their defective product. To make matters worse, they tried charging a security deposit for a replacement, then later reduced my refund out of spite after I’d already gone through months of frustration. This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers or its reputation. Do yourself a favor — avoid XTRONS entirely. There are plenty of other brands that actually stand behind their products and treat customers with basic respect.

Worth the price. I found the same ones online on other sites and eBay for nothing cheaper then 600$, this was here in 2 days and I installed it within minutes. Plug and play. And my 2006 525xi bmw doesn’t have an airport either. So I ordered a battery operated FM transmitter that works great with it

Item was sold and advertised as a fit for my make and model of vehicle. Spoke with tech folks and send photos and verified more than once that it would fit before purchasing. They made it clear that it would and took it to have it installed and it wouldn't fit and they don't have a fabricated bracket to make it work. 😞

Terrible product makes everything difficult for Android users, it is NOT plug & play if you have an Android. The audio does not work at all so there's probably extra steps if you have an android, I heavily regret buying this but it's too late to return.

Looks amazing. Just replaced another head unit from another company and this is Waaaayyy better. No complaints
