BANILA CO Clean it Zero Tea tree-EX Pore Clarifying Balm (3.38 fl oz)

I love this thing! It gets rid of stubborn mascara that won’t get out with other makeup removers. It’s also good on my skin, it doesn’t irritate me at all!

I LOVE this stuff! I’ve been using it for at least 3 years. I got a sample of the revitalizing one (blue) from an Ipsy monthly subscription and really liked how it melted my makeup off. Even the waterproof makeup. I changed to the Pore Clarifying one instead since I have combination skin, oily in the T zone, and it’s done wonders. I don’t have to scrub hard at all, it truly melts off my makeup and I love how my skin feels after rinsing with water. I still wash my face with a gel facial cleanser and do my skin care routine but it helps avoid acne and clogged pores. The texture is almost like a sorbet, it feels very luxury. And the 3oz 100ml container lasted me 14 months! And I use it everyday! A little does go a long way too. Highly recommend!!

Banila Co was known for their cleansing balm since it came out in 2006 and they're still staples on the market. Although there is much more competition, they still remain a popular choice and I can see why! I've used a lot of the popular newer brands of cleansing oils but I have very clog-prone and sensitive skin so I'm pretty picky with my skincare and haven't found many first cleanse products that are suitable with my skin type. I saw that Banila Co. has come out with many versions of their original cleansing balm so I was curious to try them. I haven't used Banila Co. since the 2010s. I bought their tea-tree pore cleansing edition and was very impressed. Usually korean cleansing oils are more heavily fragranced but this does not have a scent. It's buttery smooth and easy to spread. It cleanses off all my makeup but I have to say I do still use the heroine make mascara cleansing brush as this doesn't take off all my mascara but most oil cleansers I've used don't always get all of it. After it washes off your skin will feel like a baby's bottom. I was surprised, my skin didn't feel the least bit heavy nor stripped. Even though this is the pore cleansing edition my skin was still left very soft and supple. I would say even if you have sensitive skin, your skin won't be irritated and your pores will be left clean! The blackheads on my nose have gotten slightly smaller and makeup layers much better. I was able to purchase this one on sale and would probably wait for it to be on sale again to purchase. I've noticed korean cleanser tend to be much more expensive than japanese ones but when the cleansing balm is on sale, I'd say there's decent competition there. In terms of korean skincare I would say this one is currently my favorite cleansing oil.

I've tried tons of makeup removers and cleansing balms (including the other BANILA CO variants) but I always come back to this one! A little goes a looong way and the silky texture makes it pleasant to use. There's a slight fragrance to it (probably the tea tree) but I'd say it's hardly noticeable. This stuff removes my ULTRA-stubborn waterproof makeup like magic with zero burning if it gets in your eyes. It washes off nicely after emulsifying and doesn't leave a film or residue on your face. Just soft, clean, clear skin. I'm SUPER acne prone as well as sensitive- this stuff has never clogged my pores and doesn't dry out nor irritate my barrier. Even if my skin is angry, I've never experienced any stinging and it definitely helps reduce the intensity of breakouts. I used to use micellar water to remove my makeup before cleansing... you'll never need a makeup remover again. It really is THAT good!!! No complaints!

Doesn't get rid of blackheads but ive also only been useing for a month

This is one item I can’t live without. I have sensitive skin, prone to eczema and rosacea and this helps keep my skin healthy and smooth. It removes makeup, oil, and whatever junk is on your skin. Follow it with your favorite cleanser and it feels amazing.

I’ve been using this cleansing balm for the past year and it’s transformed my skin. Double cleansing is the only way to really get off the makeup and oil that accumulates. I only need about a penny sized amount for my entire face. The jar lasts about 3 months for me. I usually follow up with my cerave face wash afterwards. After rinsing, the product doesn’t leave a heaviness or greasiness on my face but you should definitely follow up with a face wash to get rid of any residual product or oil/makeup. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve used the original version in the pink tub for years, but I wanted to try something new and got this one since I have oily skin. It’s not bad, I used it all up without any issues, but I can’t say noticed anything different about it besides the scent. In the future I’ll buy the pink version because it comes in a bigger size for a better value. Every cleansing balm I’ve tried from the company is great—they clean throughly and don’t break me out even though the majority of oils do, and they rinse cleanly enough that you can get away without doing a second cleanse. But yeah, I’ll stick to buying the best value one from now on.

Super démaquillant pour du waterproof, rien ne lui résiste ! 😍 De petite quantités suffisent. Il suffit de masser doucement et le baume se transforme en huile, ensuite des petites touches d'eau et ça se transforme en lait. On rince et la peau est impeccable, ne tiraille pas et aucun effet gras 👍

Questo balsamo detergente è semplicemente eccezionale, un vero punto di svolta nella mia skincare routine. Uso quotidianamente sia la protezione solare (SPF) che il fondotinta, e chi li usa sa bene quanto sia difficile rimuoverli completamente. I normali detergenti a base d'acqua spesso non bastano e lasciano residui che ostruiscono i pori. Rimuove tutto e lascia i pori pulitissimi!

I absolutely love this cleanser. It’s incredibly gentle on my skin but removes makeup so efficiently, even stubborn products. My skin feels thoroughly clean afterward without any tightness or dryness, and it actually feels moisturised. A little goes a long way, and it’s perfect for sensitive or pore-prone skin. Highly recommend!
