I have been using this steamer for a few months now. I use it in my car to lift stains (wish I had taken some pictures to show before an after since it works so good at lifting stains from upholstry), I use it to sterilize my floors when I Mop and i use it on wrinkly clothes so as you can see I use it a lot and love the versatility. It takes 3 minutes to heat up where it can be used to steam which I feel is pretty fast. Easy to use, holds enough water for me to steam my 750 square foot apartment. The only thing I would warn about is that it gets HOT, I was walking by the steamer after I left it plugged in and on the floor and it burned my skin so now it looks like I have a cigar burn on my leg and the tip did not even touch me (got burned by proximity) so keep that in mind if you have kids or pets. I still love this steamer and it was totally on me for not being cautious enough but that's just a tribute to show just how hot this steam is

This little machine has become a staple in my household. Heats up in a just a few minutes and provides enough steam for me to get through cleaning in less than 30 mins. It’s lightweight, portable and easy to maneuver. With small kids in the house, I enjoy cleaning with only water and without harsh chemicals. It’s super easy to use. I purchased this one over others because of its larger tank capacity. I found it adequate for the projects I’ve taken on like cleaning the sliding glass window sill, cleaning my oven/air fryer, and stubborn dirty grout in the bathroom and kitchen. I found the cord length adequate for my jobs. Overall, this steam cleaner is pretty powerful for its size. It heats up fast, It’s great at blasting away grime, grease, and stains. All the attachments make it super versatile too.

Upon opening the box, I noticed right away we were missing the funnel that was supposed to be included to put the water in the unit (kind of an important part in my opinion especially since the whole to add the water is not very wide). I immediately contacted the vendor to see if they could send me just the missing funnel, but they never answered. Decided to do an exchange through Amazon, but then wasn't provided an estimate of delivery for the new unit which I thought was terrible. I decided to cancel the exchange order and just kept the unit I originally received. Had to purchase a funnel that would fit the hole the water goes in and that was tricky because as I had mentioned above, it's not big. Overall, the unit works okay (only tried it on our tile shower so far) and I wish the water tank was a bit bigger. I also noticed that using the piece they mention, in the directions provided, to use to clean tile grout, actually removed some of the grout when I was cleaning, so I wouldn't suggest using that piece they instruct you to in their directions. I guess we'll keep it, but very disappointed between the vendor never contacting us back and Amazon's exchange process for this one. Just not wowed by it, but maybe would have been if we received all the parts; the vendor returned the inquiry about the missing piece; and Amazon's exchange process on this one.

This product is nice and does get the job done. Comes with a lot of attachments which works well for household cleaning. I did struggle with having to hold the button down the whole time. It doesn't have a button lock or option to keep it held. This is really rough if you have tendinitis or arthritis. I had to switch hands due to this issue. Along with this I feel the tank was small and if you do a larger house would have to fill it frequently. The pressure and heat were good though.

I had high hopes for this product and it did not disappoint. We live on a 1958 60' power yacht and there were areas in the galley/kitchen that I am sure had not been cleaned in years and years. There is a small valley beside the stove top that had collected grease for years. It was almost impossible to get to with traditional cleaning but this product blasted away the grease and it is probably the cleanest it has been in many years. I have used it on countertops, sink edges, grease on cabinets etc and this product has performed extremely well. We just got to our vacation rental home we own and the previous tenants had been animals with no respect for our stuff. They had used commercial grade cookie sheets on the BBQ and it was coated in grease. They had used a cooling rack for something similar and it was black. It is now silver again and nice and clean. I am sure others may have just thrown it out but with a little time, it came out amazingly clean. Definitely highly recommend this product. Only addition which would be nice to have is a on/off switch on the wand or a lock "on" feature on the unit itself.
