Better than I ever expected!
I got the 64L dual zone fridge/freezer in May 2025. I needed a fridge freezer for ham radio Field Day camping trip. We operate ham radios on solar power so we have lots of 12v power. I couldn't be more pleased. I got it and immediately set it up for 35F fridge and 0F freezer in my house with an ambient temp of 80F. It took 45 minutes for the fridge to reach 35F and stop while the feeezer passed 17F on its way down to 0F. I then added two water bottles to the fridge and 1 to the freezer. The fridge temp spiked to 45 and the freezer spiked from 17F to 24F. It took about 45 minutes to reach 35F and 18F. I left for 8 hours and the temps were solid on 35F and 0F and the bottle in the freezer was frozen.I drank one cool bottle and added 8 more to the fridge and noticed that the setting was on mexium so I set it to high.It spiked to 48F and 10F and then back to 35F and 4F in 30 minutes. After that, it kept a rock solid 35F and 0F. The zones do appear to be independent albeit a small bit of heat transfer occurs if you add warm food to one side. At no time did the temps ever go lower than the set temp so I feel comfortable setting the fridge to 35F without freezing.NOTE. This behavior is common even for your home fridge. You usually need to plug it in for 24 hours before using it. A home fridge can use more than 400 watts of power and this one only pulls 60 watts or so on high. This means that it, or any other portable fridge, doesn't cool as fast as a home fridge, but once it's cold, it stays cold. You can't just plug it in and immediately load it with ice cream. If you're planning a trip plug it in and wait for the freezer to cool to temperature. Then add food. If it's empty, it will spike higher than when it has food already cold inside because the cold food helps buffer the temp change. You can even freeze cold packs at the bottom to help stabilize the temperature or freeze the food solid with another freezer before packing into this one. Once you have cold food in it, the temperature doesn't spike so much. Also, keep in mind that every freezer spikes like this. You just don't have a thermometer to see it on your home fridge.Secondly, the temp reading is the sensor temp outside the fridge wall and not necessarily the food temp. Just because the temp says 35F doesn't mean that the food is too.Thirdly, even if the temperature spikes to 32F on the freezer momentarily, the frozen food will still stay frozen. In my opinion, the temp indicators are more informative to me to indicate potential problems before they are big problems, but I do avree that an uninformed user might overreact to it.

Best you will get for the price!
I got this bad boy on a Black Friday deal. What shall I say? That it perfected my life?! Well almost! I am using it in my van mostly for road trips and visits to the grocery store when we aren’t going directly home.Positives: it holds temperatures perfectly while plugged in.It cools down extra fast if the divider is out.Able to keep frozen ice cream while at a baseball game (with a Ryobi battery operated AC/DC converter)Negatives: without a current charge it losses temperature quickly. It is slow to come to correct temperatures if you have two zones. All out review: it is hands down great for the price! If you have a constant flow of power or a battery substitute … this thing rocks! And it has changed our lives knowing how to use it … whether road trips or outings when we won’t be home for hours with a battery to keep it running. And on an 18 volt Ryobi battery, it kept tempts for about 2 hours continuing the “already temperatures”.The roller wheels help as it gets heavy when filled! I just wish the extended handle was longer when rolling:If you are wavering on sizes, go bigger. The instructions are crap btw. But if you connect in your home via wifi and Bluetooth it does remember. When out of wifi range the app tells me it is not connected, but when I click “help” and click back in the apps it is indeed connected and can be controlled by the app.

Nice Option for food
Took this bad boy on a 7+ hour road trip and wow—it crushed it! No ice, no mess, just plug it in and go. I packed it the night before, and everything stayed nice and chilly. It has a freezer mode, but I stuck with fridge mode. The app is super handy—lets me control the temp, power it on/off, and even adjust battery settings. When we got to our destination, I just swapped it from the car plug to the wall. Easy peasy! It’s quiet, spacious, and just works. Totally happy with it!

Surprisingly low power consumption
Sturdy build. Survived multiple off-road trips and kept food nicely. Can run all night without flattening car battery. Haven’t used in a hot environment yet, might be a different story there. Good value for money. The deadband on temperature control is fairly large but endurable. the freezer actually goes to near zero degrees F. Tested with a trusted temperature gauge. The manual looks like it was initially written in a foreign language and translated through several intermediate languages before getting to English version 😛. The cellphone app worked once but I can’t make work again. Might be cockpit error though. The voltmeter reading is about 1 volt lower than my measurement?
