This machine is an excitement value for the price. It makes ice at a rapid rate and keeps with the consumption of 2 disabled people no problem controls are easy instructions were clear. Fits on counter with no issue runs very quiet.

Received unit which shipped faster than expected and have used it several times. Extremely quiet when making ice but you must dump the ice after each making or ice starts melting and clumps together in the freezer and you need an ice pick to get the cubes apart. My husband wishes that the fan was on the back instead of the side because it blows straight onto our paper towels and plates. All in all, great unit with a great price, we are very satisfied with the ice machine.

Set this up and it started making a loud noise took thirty minutes to make ice the first time and it has only gotten worse. Notification to Amazon but they could not hear me and I could not hear them. Tried trouble shooting the machine gave the machine a few days tried it again the noise was bad and the machine very slow to make ice. Not sure what is wrong with it. With the reviews thought it would be a nice machine. But just a waste of money.

The media could not be loaded.  I just got my ice maker machine today and the instructions were very easy and very simple to follow to basically use it on clean mode on 4 cleaning cycles!I was actually really shocked to figure out that it was very quiet when it runs it's very important to me because I also wrote an animal rescue in every little sound that is not normal in our household would scare our rescues! Which I value as well!I'm currently running this on small ice cube mode and this is really great if you are an ice chewer like myself!We plan on using the large ice cubes for normal ice for drinks and cooling down our animals Waters in the summertime heat!I was very happy and how fast it started to work right out of the box! But you do need to clean it using the clean mode on the actual machine itself within the four cycles before you even use it!A lot of people complain about this product because they say it doesn't work after time but if you guys are using regular tap water which has minerals and stuff it will clog up the system! However the instructions clearly state to use purified water or filtered water for these devices to make them last longer!I hope this little mini review helps you guys make a decision to buy this product it's a really good product and it's really super quiet I was actually just shocked! My cats are normal scaredy cats and they run at the slightest inconsistencies sound sometimes! But this machine is utterly quietIt's also very simple and very easy to use! Don't be discouraged by its simplicity of this machine! Sometimes the simplest of the machines are the best ones!And I also want to add something else that's kind of funny! My cats love to watch it drop into the little basket it's like entertainment for cats! So if you run an animal rescue this is a great little entertainment for cats just don't let them sit on the back of it to block the air flow of the machine and just keep an eye out for a cat hair or any kind of hooman or other animal hair

Makes great ice Had it less than a month and I can't get the button to go to the cleaning selection.

I loved this when I first got it but after 2 months it is leaking all over
