I’ve had an excellent experience with this company’s customer service. I originally wrote a less than stellar review after my first dish drain broke. I only had it about 8 months and a part of it came apart at one of the welded areas. When I first got it, I noticed it was a bit wonky when I initially took it out of the box. It fit together ok and I didn’t think it warranted a return as I really liked the design and it seems sturdy enough. It worked well until the top rack came apart at the weld and the top rack was no longer stable or useable. I honestly didn’t realize that there was a 1 year warranty so I figured the whole thing was a loss. I gave it a low rating in my review and figured that was it. Within 24 hours I was contacted by Sunly customer service offering to make it right. I received a message from Tiffany, one of their customer service representatives. She informed me that there was a 1 year warranty on my dish drain and that they’d be happy to replace my broken one. She was very helpful and kind. I just received the new dish drain today and put it together. It’s great; it was easy to assemble, fit together perfectly and is rock solid. It looks nice and it holds a lot of dishes. I’m very impressed with the product and especially the customer service experience. I would highly recommend this product; it’s well made, looks nice and the customer service is top notch. They stand behind their product and honor the warranty. I really appreciated how quickly Tiffany resolved my issue.

I’m impressed with the SUNLY Large Dish Drying Rack. The stainless steel construction feels solid and high-quality — no wobbling, no bending, and no rust. It holds a surprising number of dishes without taking up extra space. The upper rack fits plates and bowls, while the lower section is good for cups, mugs, and larger cookware. I like the side attachments too. What sets this rack apart is the extra-large drain board. It drains the water efficiently, and the angle works well even on slightly uneven counters. Cleanup is simple, and the whole unit stays neat and dry. Overall, this dish drying rack is durable, spacious, and well-designed. It's a great product that keeps my kitchen much more organized. I highly recommend it!

Very good product. Larger than I thought, especially with the expandable black shelf that slides into the main part. Had to watch the video several times to figure out installation. There was no part that you snap the bottom stainless part into so I pushed it down as far as it goes.

This Dish Drying Rack is GORGEOUS! My SimpleHuman dish rack needed to be replaced, and that was what I was going to purchase (for no good reason other than familiarity). I read a few reviews first, and others who had just bought it, had nothing but disappointment in their descriptions. They too were SimpleHuman users. I didn't want to spend that amount of money in the first place ($110). But I was concerned that the function and overall capacity I needed, could not be found elsewhere. I looked carefully and read opinions, and compared features. Only one came close to being what I needed. But I was skeptical it could really be that great for the price being charged. I took a deep breath and ordered it. Then before it arrived, I thought about canceling it. Everytime I looked at the picture, I kicked myself for ordering it, when it was obvious assembly would be required. I was feeling let down before it even arrived. It got here in two days and I let it sit for a few hours, with the intention of returning it. Then I opened the box and saw ALL the parts. I almost closed the box back up. I have never been efficient at putting things together. I laid all the pieces out on my counter. Then I noticed detailed diagrams at bottom of the box. I picked up the diagrams and began to see if I could decipher anything at all. I started to play with it. The darn thing was coming together! Right away I noticed a great feature in the drainage spout. It can be directed in four different directions: it can be draining from any of the four sides. A very unique and versatile ability! I am a 76 year old Female... I put this rack together by myself! No tools needed. All parts snapped into place! It is beautiful! And it puts the SimpleHuman dish rack to shame. It is made of better materials AND it is far more functional, useful, and serves many more practical purposes; along with having a much larger capacity than SimpleHuman, which is really its only competition. This dish rack deserves a serious look, and I assure you, there will be no disappointment. I am so happy I opened my mind and tried something, other than what I was familiar with. Amazon's Reviews are a wonderful and helpful tool, and more beneficial than a dozen great neighbors. I am so happy I read them all. The reviewers nailed this! This is a fantastic and affordable product! There are two sizes. Get the larger one. The extra space goes up (vertically) and takes no extra area on the counter. You will always have enough room, regardless the function. And, finally another good thing: I will be able to afford extra groceries for the Holidays, AND have a Great Christmas Present to Myself! 😍

This dish rack solved our problem of laying various items “around” our old dish rack. It works even for my All Clad frying pan. Just use the top rack, handle through it and pan sits nicely in the grooves. I’m very pleased. At first I thought it was too large, and took away from sink space but I pushed it further back against the window ledge and just positioned the water spout accordingly. Makes me WANT to do the dishes! Sturdy, looks great with our other stainless steele pieces, and holds a variety of odd items. Even our difficult deep bowls fit in the slots to dry.

I like the concept. I like that it has more room for more dishes HOWEVER you can only put small dishes In the bottom and large dishes do not stack on top… you can’t really use the bottom without the top so your really stuck using it as a double though I need to put larger dishes on the rack. Would I buy it again… probably not but it looks nice. 🤷‍♀️

The quality of this rack is amazing! I was worried it might be too bulky, but it’s actually quite compact and helps me use my kitchen space efficiently. My favorite part is the drainage system that directs water straight into the sink. It’s very well-made, and even my husband loves it!

Really impressed! It holds much more than I had anticipated and the items dry really quickly due to the drainage and spacing created by the rack. I found it a little tricky to piece together, had to force the pieces together to get them to clip into place. Otherwise a very happy customer.
