Why does this have a warning saying "warning: choking hazard -- this toy is a marble. not for children under 3 yrs."? :/

will it stop coffee grounds from going through ?

I bought thse for our church sinks because the septic system plugs easily. It stops most coffee grounds, but more importantly, the strainer is easy to lift out, tap on the waste basket to empty it; so everyone happily uses them. Other fine strainers were hard to clean out so people would not consistently use them. They look clean and new like in the picture after many months. Very little food gets under the lip, so maintenance is quiet now. Problem solved!

Are these heavy enough so that they don't move around and shift position whenever you pour a large amount of liquid into the sink?
