Does a great job - very happy with my purchase!
This is the first pool cleaner I have ever purchased. I chose the WYBOT because it was cordless and I could run it off of an app from my phone. It has lived up to my expectations and I am very pleased with this item! The cost of the item was a factor, as I considered several lower cost items. I decided to go ahead and order the WYBOT because of the other reviews and customer videos I read and watched and thought this item would be the easiest to use, which it definitely is easy to use and keep clean! My pool is in a covered lanai, so I do not get large leaves or other large debris in my pool.... it's the tiny debris that I had a hard time getting out of my pool, though, and the WYBOT pool cleaner does an excellent job of getting the sand and small bugs vacuumed up! Plus the app is so simple to use and the filter basket has a very good quality fine mesh that captures and holds the tiny debris it has vacuumed. I'm very happy with this item!

Cleans pool very well, time saver.
Cleans pool very well. I love the ability to just turn it on, drop it in the pool and let it do all the work. Then about two hours later, pull it out, clean the debris filter and plug it back in and that's it. Nothing hard at all.The app is also great, allowing you to change/ adjust how this little robot cleans the pool.I am very happy with it. It has saved me a lot of time. An average of 1.5 hours every other day to about 5 minutes a day to drop it in, pull it out and clean it. So 4.5 to 6 hours a week is down to a maximum of 30 minutes per week. That is a 4 to 5.5 hours of my live, not cleaning the pool, each week. ๐๐

Doesn't work on pool floor, and No Customer Support
The media could not be loaded. ย The first time I used this, it seemed to do a decent job. Our old pressure-side cleaner had failed, and the pool was pretty dirty. The Wybot left it looking a lot better. But since then, I haven't been very satisfied with it.The good:--It certainly can climb walls. We have a mostly rectangular fiberglass pool, 14' x 39', with lightly rounded right angles where the floors and walls meet. The Wybot has no trouble climbing the walls and scrubbing along the waterline.--The Wybot uses an app to do things like select the modes (whole pool, floor only, eco mode, etc.), as well as apply firmware updates. The bad:--It climbs the walls whether you want it to or not. I put it on floors-only mode, but it immediately climbed the walls and kept at it while neglecting the floors. And like I said above, it's not like my pool has gradual transitions between the wall and floor.--When it would finish up, I noticed that there was still a lot of debris in the bottom of the pool. I discovered this is because when it does end up trying to clean the floor of the pool, it moves so fast that it essentially does wheelies the whole time (see video), and so the vacuum port on the bottom doesn't pull in any of the debris like it should.--The app is startlingly incomplete. The biggest shortcoming is that it doesn't even let you see the state of charge of the battery, so you can't tell if it needs to be charged every time or not. It also doesn't let you tweak anything -- like if I could set it to run at 50% of the normal speed, it would probably pick up all the leaves and other detritus on the bottom of the pool.I sent the video attached to this review to the Wybot support email address on a Sunday afternoon, and got an automated response saying that they don't work weekends and they would reply later. Fair enough. But after waiting two days with no response, I re-sent the video and my concern (and the hope that there might be an easy fix) again, and have still heard nothing.Given my experience with this pool robot, I can't recommend it. If the return window had not already closed, I would be sending it back.

Great Purchase for Price
I've used this little guy at least half a dozen times and am very pleased with it thus far. My pool is kidney shaped and he's still able to get the angles around the steps leading in. We have a large tree which overhangs half the pool so I had some concerns about the ability to get everything. I make sure there are no small bunches of leaves on the floor, but he gets everything else. And removing the filter is a no-brainer and extremely easy to hose out. Charging is simple. I've let him go for up to 90 minutes before, but I'll usually pull him out around an hour. All in all a great purchase
