Just received. Opened. Look how much it rocks on Level counter top. Should I send it back?.
Just took out of box. I don't think it should rock back & forth on a level center top that much. Thought I was buying a good quality unit. Not impressed with the Quality control. Shouldn't rock at all.

1st one is 5yrs old and perfect but I needed a 2nd one
I got my 1st in 2019. I use it often and it is going like a tank for the last 5 years. I used to share treats with a friend, but sadly had to move 2 hrs away. I just got my 2nd and I am giving her my 1st MBM because it's perfect and she can't afford her own currently. So this 4th of July she's getting a 5yr old MBM that works perfectly. I can recommend this indespencible life changing device anyone looking to maximize their edible game. FIVE STARS!!!!!

Pretty good machine!
I've had this for over 6 months now. And after doing a little more research, this machine is better than most others (my opinion) for infusing almost anything. The bag for straining the product gets a D- though, Cheesecloth works alot better.
