Healthy and Interesting Recipes!
I’ve been wanting to eat healthier since the new year started. I saw about the Mediterranean diet on tiktok and found this book on Amazon. I like to cook but I don’t have a lot of knowledge on what’s healthier, plus I want meals that actually taste good. So far I’ve made the Mediterranean frittata and it was amazing! It’s full of color I used red onions and extra basil, because I love the taste! It was so pretty in the end and the croutons and Parmesan added a nice crunch on top! I also made the hummus which is always good I’ve never made it myself but it was really simple! I just bought ingredients to make the cheesy artichoke dip and I’m excited to try! The book has some interesting recipes I’ve always wanted to try to make as well like ratatouille and tzatziki pitas. The recipes are super simple to follow on my kindle to go back and forth between the pages of ingredient amounts and the directions. I usually find some recipes on Pinterest but with all the ads and the life story of the author the pages always reload, and I lose my place. I’m eager to try more recipes that are good for me and my boyfriend loves trying new things instead of the same old meat and potato recipes I make. the recipes in the book have a wide range from dips and snacks to dinners and desserts! Definitely worth a try if you’re also sick of the same old dinners and wanting to add some healthier more colorful meals into your life!

Slight misrepresentation
Book has alot of recipes. However, entire book is in black and white. Photo attached to this review (which is part of the Amazon listing of the book) leads you to believe the pages are colored, which they are not. A little disappointed, wasn't expecting that and would prefer for the price I paid for it be colored. Very rare to purchase a recipe book that is all black and white.

Many Options
The cookbook has a lot of great options and variety when it comes to types of meals, protein options, and so on. It’s definitely a great staple for homes and diets of any kind. We were unable to try out any of the recipes for ourselves with such a busy schedule these days but I’ve enjoyed reading the ideas and have plenty bookmarked and tons of ingredients to order now. Worth the price for sure! Especially since we can keep it up on our tablet while we cook for ease of access.

Horrible Editing
Sooooo many mispellings. Some referenced recipes are stated in chapters, but this book doesn't have chapters :( Also, it's completely black and white. Recipes have a ton of ingredients which isn't what I was looking for. I'm looking for simple, easy to prepare recipes.

Simple to follow and interesting
So, I grabbed this Mediterranean cookbook out of curiosity, and it's turning out to be quite the culinary companion. Tackled the sayadieh with Tilapia – check out my attempt! The added bonus of calorie counts is a game-changer. If you're into diverse recipes without the kitchen chaos, this book might surprise you!

Black and white
Recipes are okay but the recipes and photos are all black and white unlike the cover. Would be more appealing if in color. I’m disappointed. Maybe I didn’t read the description well enough.

Disappointed
This was just a recipe book with typed up pages of recipes, few black and white photos. No color photos. Many typo errors. Very Disappointed.

Excellent Recipes!
I loved the variety of dishes that are available in this book. The recipes call for fresh ingredients, making the dishes much tastier! The author provides calorie and other macro-nutrient information, so this book is perfect for someone tracking their macros and help someone on the diet stay on track!
