Quality doesn't justify the price, return is a hassle
The pillow I received was all twisted and crumpled at the edges, all of them, the images showing pillows with taut edges were misleading. To top that up, the return is a bigger hassle, I registered a return request the same day and it has been 3 days since I await a pickup. Had to talk to the customer care as the pickups were getting delayed for no reason at all.

Almost perfect. Should have been stiffer.
Size : Perfect Softness : Too soft. Should have been a little more stiff / hard. Hence 4-stars. Good back support when sitting. The height and the addition pillow for neck allows you to put your head back and have a nap too. Outer cover is a bit velvet like. Would have preferred a more coarse material like think linen / cotton. We have another one from Wakefit and that one feels a lot more premium - both in terms of material stiffness and also the outer cover.
