First week, caught four mice. Very pleased. Then nothing for a couple of weeks and thinking some of the bird seed bait was gone? Tonight I caught one. Set it down while I went to put on shoes. Come back and it is gone. A friend highly recommended these. She is thinking she caught all that were around. Nope, they are just escaping. Save yourself the money and hassle. Waste of money!!

Do not waste your money. What garbage! I bought 2 of these because my cat has killed 2 mice and I'm seeing mouse droppings appear on my stove and in my closet. I was so happy these were delivered yesterday, and immediately baited and set them up.....one in the closet, one on the stove. Checked this morning expecting mice, and nothing! Bait is all gone from the closet trap, and the trap has been chewed inside. Pure garbage! Mouse escaped. Did not want to kill them for just being themselves, but I can not have mice in here. Guess I'll stop and pick up some old fashioned snap traps!

I should have bought larger version. This is for small feild mice. We have larger rats and dome rabbits

I had a field mouse make residence in my utensil drawer. Placed one of these traps in and the very next day the mouse was inside. I released it at a farm 10 miles away from my home.

Two mice barely fit in this thing, i have NO idea how they think four will. i got two packs of 3. (STUPID me, i should have read the reviews) I started with one pack of 3. Baited them all and put them in mouse territory. Next morning, one cage had 2..not bad. one cage had none AND the bait was gone. one cage had none. i rebaited the one cage and put it back and took the one with mice in it outside to set them free. Later that same day, i came back into the room. One trap was again bait free. The other trap appeared to have a mouse in it.. the mouse was eating the bait. When i picked up the trap, the mouse jumped into my hand and ran.. apparently as stated by other reviewers, the mice can stand on the ramp to hold it down so they can eat the bait while remaining free. Next day, i put out just one trap with bait. Checked it, mouse in it and the plastic frame was so chewed up, the mouse got out before i could remove it from the house. Summary.. too small, too fragile to stand up against mouse teeth, bad engineering/layout.

I have several different types of mouse traps. The other traps were catching mice. This trap never caught a mouse.

Didn't work well. Fell apart. The mouse thrashed it the first time.

Hopeless had it set since I received it which is about two to three weeks from cheese, biscuits to peanut paste nothing not even a sniff mind you I think I have some really smart mice.
