Good support. I had a hematoma after surgery. This device got me through the worst stretch and is helping me recover much easier. Walking without it is almost unbearable. But with it I’m able to get around pretty well.

Works OK but it's still not perfect. Support takes a bit getting used to but does work pretty well. Mine were pretty large so this thing did quite help out a bit. Your package just tucks into the pouch on this thing so you'll need to adjust pretty often. Sorta comfortable but still find myself adjusting myself quite a bit.

I'm 6'4" with 46" waste band. Wore this for several weeks after hydrocele surgery and again later after scar revision. It was very comfortable. Never popped off even with very physical activity. It fit great and you could stick gauze pads or similar in it in front of surgery area and it wouldn't fall out. I wore the XL size with plenty left for adjustment
