These are great quality vanilla beans. As soon as I opened the package you could smell the aroma of vanilla. They came vacuum sealed and fresh. I used these to make vanilla bean paste and it tastes amazing. I will def buy these again!

These are very plump and nice looking. They will make very good vanilla extract. Keep in mind you will want to use a 100% vodka when making this and add 5-6 beans per 8oz of vodka. I use Smirnoff or New Amsterdam 100% very effective and great flavor.

I have ordered these beans two times now!! I did one bag into Kraken Spiced Rum waited the long 6 months and so thrilled to have this new vanilla. My sun loves to bake with Mexican vanilla so I made this for him. My second order I put into Moonshine and WOW!!! It has only been three months and I can not see through the jar. I can not wait for this batch. I know it is technically ready but I want it to really blend down. All the beans have been soft and juicy and easy to cut, split and remove the yummy from the inside. I personally like the soft flora notes of these beans. My sun uses it for baking, I use my share for Jams and Jellies.
