This is a neat little portable thermal printer. I struggled to get it working (to no avail) on my windows PC with the custom driver download. It showed up on the computer and I could select it to print to it, but print jobs would get sent to it and disappear 2 seconds later and it would be idle again. Nothing ever came out of it.Thankfully, trying it from my phone with bluetooth worked immediately and without and trouble. It paired quickly and the printing was as easy as tapping the print button and it just worked.My 4 star rating is solely because of the frustrating desktop experience.

Setting up this printer is easy, I have had no problems with the wireless connection, it works well for simple images like tattoo sketches and documents, especially with the recommended thermal paper.Connecting it is usually straightforward, though the app can occasionally be a bit tricky. Still, the printer is easy to manage. It's well-built and sturdy, though not made for extreme conditions, I wouldn't drop it to test it. It's also lightweight, so you can easily carry it in a backpack.The included extras, like the storage bag and sheets, are a nice bonus, even though there's not a lot of them. However, there are a couple of drawbacks to note. The paper size is a bit smaller and less common than the standard letter size, which might be an issue. Also, there's no adjustable paper guide, which can make inserting the paper a bit difficult.Despite these issues, the printer does its job well. The battery life is good enough for urgent tasks that need the internal battery and it also works well if it stays connected all the time. With a modern design and an easy-to-use interface, it's a reliable printer overall.
