Best Drone I’ve Ever Owned – Highly Impressed
I’m honestly blown away by this drone. It’s an incredibly impressive piece of tech. The maneuverability is outstanding it’s fast, responsive, and feels much more agile compared to other models I’ve owned before. The video quality is absolutely stunning and truly stands out. Every shot looks sharp, vibrant, and professional it’s hard not to be impressed. One of my favorite features is the ability to view everything through the goggles. It feels like you’re actually flying yourself, seeing the world from above in real time. That immersive experience makes it so much more exciting and unique. Overall, this drone exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for performance, quality, and an unforgettable flying experience.

Quality Fun Drone With Awesome 4K Video
To start with, I own the original DJI Phantom 4K drone. It is a beast, reliable and still works perfectly. I just hate having to connect to a tablet or phone each and every time. Plus the size, it's far from portable. I wanted a drone that was portable, quick and easy to setup each time with great video picture and of course, it had to be DJI. I was hesitant on this one as I also want the Air 3S when it comes out, if it comes out to the mass market in the U.S. I went ahead and picked this Avata 2 and got the Fly More Combo Pack with 3 batteries. This is the best way to buy this as you will use the extras it comes with and will save over $150 from buying the extras seperately. Even though I own a DJI drone, there was still a bit of a learning curve. My main appeal for this drone was the FPV Goggles you get with it. I am used to a tablet or phone and never used goggles. Man, it is a whole new world. I have used this drone only a few times due to our great Oregon rainy weather, and flying with goggles is so much different. You are part of the flight and not just on the sidelines. The hardest part is learning the distance of the drone from trees, people and surroundings you can't see. You basically see what is in front of you, above you or below you, depending on how you point the camera. It's pretty awesome, but it does take some getting used to. start slow and cautious and be in an open area to start. Have a chair as some people may not be able to stand well as again, you feel you are part of the drone. Joystick is a love/hate relationship. It is new and I am still learning it... a little. I went ahead and bought the RC Controller 3 si i can use manual mode as well as familiar control similar to my Phantom. A beginner that has never used a controller may get used to it faster, but for myself, it is a real challenge. I wish they included the controller and not the joystick. Note: You need to use the joystick for ARCO meneuvers. These are the flips and such. The drone itself is very small compared to my Phantom and is very light. Handles very well and easy to control. The uodating and binding (linking) the drone, controller and/or joystick and goggles was pretty easy. You can use either joystick or controller and if you want to switch, you can do it without programming. The Avata 2 is pretty quiet, quick and very responsive. Battery time states 23 minutes....yeah, in a perfect world. Batteries last me about 17-18 minutes of flight time. That's really not too bad as I shoot 4K video continually and up/down alot as well fast top speed runs. I have only shot 4K 60fps and it is clear, beautiful videos. All and all, this is an awesome and fun drone. Again, get the extra batteries 'Fly More Combo' as you will need them. This combo pack also has a 3 battery charger which makes it easy to charge your batteries. The case it comes with is really good quality and can fit everything inside it, including the extra controller. Overall I rate this drone a 4.5 right now. Had it come with the controller instead of joystick, it would be a solid 5. Highly recommend it. Oh, I am planning on also getting the Air 3S still. I love shooting video and that one has a top of line camera. I am not complaining on this included camera though. It shoots great video. Don't pay more than the $1199 SRP though for this set. I see some outrageous pricing....

DJI Avata 2 Fly More Combo FPV Drone with 4K Camera, N3 Goggles Bundle
FPV Flying Feels Like You’ve Unlocked a New Sense. The DJI Avata 2 Fly More Combo with the Goggles N3 bundle isn’t just a drone—it’s a full-on experience. The first time you put the goggles on, it feels like your perspective detaches from your body and jumps into the sky. You’re not watching the drone fly… you are the drone. The immersive FPV view is absolutely incredible. The Goggles N3 deliver a sharp, smooth live feed with very low latency, so every turn, dip, and climb feels instant and natural. Flying through tight spaces or sweeping across open areas has this cinematic, almost game-like intensity that never really gets old. It’s the kind of tech that makes you grin without realizing it. Performance-wise, the Avata 2 is fast, responsive, and surprisingly stable. It handles both aggressive maneuvers and smooth cruising with ease. The 4K camera captures crisp, vibrant footage with excellent stabilization, even when you’re pushing it hard. You can go from relaxed scenic shots to adrenaline-filled dives without sacrificing video quality. The Fly More Combo is absolutely worth it. Having multiple batteries completely changes the experience—you’re not rushing to land after a short session. Instead, you get extended flight time to really explore, practice, and enjoy what the drone can do. Battery swaps are quick, so the momentum never really stops. Another standout is how approachable it is for an FPV setup. DJI did a great job balancing power with usability. There are safety features and flight modes that make it beginner-friendly, while still leaving plenty of room for more advanced pilots to unlock its full potential. If there’s anything to keep in mind, it’s that FPV flying has a bit of a learning curve, and the immersive goggles can feel a little intense at first. But once you settle in, it becomes second nature—and honestly, a little addictive. Overall, this feels less like buying a drone and more like gaining a new way to experience the world. Fast, immersive, and ridiculously fun, the Avata 2 Fly More Combo easily earns its five stars.

Great kit for exploring.
Received my order a day before it was projected to arrive. Everything was brand new, still wrapped in plastic. Will be buying more from this seller! The Avata 2 Flymore package itself is amazing. Clear 4k video feed in the googles, easy to charge up everything with usb c. The drone itself is actually pretty light compared to other fpv cinewhoops I have built and flown. Turn on the goggles, turn on the motion controller and turn on the Avata 2 and everything connects to each other quickly and you are in the air in no time. I picked this up for the ease of it all. No more piles of 6s lipos spending a decent amount of time charging them all, then after flying storage charging them all. With the Avata 2 flymore package you just slide the batteries into the charging case, pop a usbc into the case and away it goes. Takes about 45-60min to charge all 3 batteries back up.

Great FPV drone for novice flyers. Tons of fun.
Good quality. Fun to fly. Works well. No obstacle avoidance but does avoid the ground while flying at low altitude. It has basic RTH - works but not extremely accurate. Find my drone features are limited so I wouldn’t fly it far from home. Can be used as a camera drone - good quality camera. But its strong suit is a fun, agile, fast FPV drone. Limited battery flight time - get a fast charger. The wireless control stick is a blast.

Impressive Build Quality, Survived a Crash With No Damage
I love my DJI Avata 2 — the quality and functionality are excellent, and the FPV experience is amazing. The features and connectivity are smooth, making it really fun and easy to fly. I do feel like it doesn’t reach quite as far as the first DJI model, but it’s still plenty for most flights. Durability is impressive — I hit a tree at full speed and nothing broke, which says a lot about the build. The size is compact but powerful, and with the extra batteries in this Fly More Combo, I get plenty of flight time. Overall, great value and a solid upgrade.

Nobody Does FPV like DJI, for the beginner all they way to the Advance FPV pilot.
Nice Package deal, if you are going to end up getting extra batteries or Updating you goggles later you might as well do it now, its so much cheaper in the long run. I have had 14 DJI drones over the years, going all the way back to the phantom and Mavic pro. I do have the original FPV and Avata 1 and these one beats hands down. The goggle 3 are so much better and the Avata 2 flies so much better than the others, its hard to believe that its only a generation or 2 apart in tech. DJI makes the best stuff hands down, and NO ONE else is doing anything like DJI in FPV. No buddy has as good of video as DJI, its years ahead of anyone else. I'm not into the camera stuff as much as the flying, but apparently it has as good a camera as the camera drone line. If you want something that works right out of the box without having to learn tons of material just to set up an FPV drone, this is the one you need. Literally take it out of the box and turn it on and you are ready to fly, maybe in might need a few updates first. It can fly just like the camera drones, it has GPS and return to home just like those, and if you want it to tune the settings you can turn it into a rocket off the rails. Even a Monkey could fly it. It works for all skill levels from the beginner all the way up an advanced FPV flier, so its a great one to learn and grow with. Also if you already have the controller and Goggles the you can get into the Neo and Neo2 for minimal cost everything is cross compatible. You might want to add a DJI RC3 controller for a more traditional flight experience. The Motion controller 3 is pretty cool, but its limited in what it can do, the RC3 give you so many more options, like flying in manual mode. I couldn't be happier, except for its winter here in Minnesota so it will be months before I can really get it out and put it through the paces.

Won't regret if you want to have fun and specially if it is your first drone
I was not sure between camera drones and FPVs. The best candidates were Mini 4 Pro/Air 3 & Avata 2. They all have the same O4 signal system. Mini and Air drones has advantages in their camera, 360 obstacle avoidance feature (useful in manual use and vital when autonomous tracking) . All have same camera features but Mini 4 Pro has 4K vertical shot and Air 3 has a second 3X zoom lens. Air has bigger body close to Mavic series and around 750 grams where Mini is 259 and Avata is 370 grams. Heavy drones are much more stable in windy air. Avata has VR style googles which is excellent part of the fun. You feel you are flying. With this device you can control the camera view with head movements as well.

Evolution statt Revolution.
Denkt immer an ND-Filter!! Welches Paket sollte man wählen?

Great product!
Love this drone! I unboxed and carefully followed the instructions charging all the items first then spending the evening watching and reading all the info and videos before first flight the next day. After spending the large amount of money they cost I was obviously nervous for my first flight using the goggles and motion controller. My first flight was basically up and down with a few spins just to enjoy the view. Second flight I took off the beginner mode and wow let the fun begin! I took it up to max altitude then flew down our mountain and across the very large river 2 km away. I did not even have one pixel loss on the video I was watching! On the way back I I still had some battery left and I got a little cocky and decide to fly it around a group of tall trees just a few feet away and it was so easy to do. With the point and fly function it is so easy to land wit the aircraft proximity sensors taking care of you not crashing it. As I hovered over my back yard I decided to let the battery go to minimum and engage the auto Return to Home feature which kicked in and worked like a charm. The video is so good in the googles, this coupled with the eye correction included actually gives you the sensation of flight. I cant wait to go out with it again today!
