Damascus Chef Knife, 8 Inch Kitchen Knife

I use this knife a lot at my kitchen m. It is very sharp, so you need to be careful when using it, especially if you’re not used to such a sharp blade. It’s not heavy or too light and feels comfortable in the hand. The size is perfect—not too big and not too small—and it’s very convenient for cutting everything from meat to fruit. I also love that it comes beautifully packaged, which makes it a great gift idea.

Excellent general purpose kitchen knife. Have had it several months now and it’s used more than any other knife in the kitchen. Not dishwasher safe. It’s heavier than some similar sized kitchen knifes which makes it more stable/easier to use effectively. Sharp when purchased it not too sharp/dangerous to handle when not used to using it. Sharpens well. Would buy again.

Great weight. Very nice looking. The Damascus was not as pronounced in person as it was in the pictures. Great blade works great.

This is a nice decorative Damascus knife for smaller task like peeling fruits, cutting small vegetables. It has some heaviness and it feels well in the hand. It is sharp enough to cut and not too thick to create to much resistance by sliding the the cut. It has a longer blade than my current utility knife. There is one thing I don't like: The bolster has a low angle and the cutting edge starts right at the end. If your finger slides down to far you could be injured by the edge. The bolster is also very thin and pinches in my finger. That feels not comfortable for longer use.

I use this for bartending. Works great!

Shape, well balanced, and classy appearance. I’m not sure it Damascus steel but for the price we are happy.

The Knife is sharp but not extra sharp Does not stay sharp long for several days cutting meat not bones and not so sharp any more. The handle is slippery, blade is high polish. Good knife not very good or excellent.Thank you

At first quite a razor sharp knife but loses its edge pretty fast and steeling does not really bring the original sharpness back. A bit disappointing
