I have had this printer for a few years and use it constantly for both business and personal. I love how quick it is and how easy it is to use. Today I had to contact customer service because I dropped my printer and I thought I would have to get a new one. Spoke to Esteban their customer service rep and he resolved my issue quickly and amicably.

Got this for my business, and I don’t know why never got it sooner! I use stickers for cups and boxes, and they add up fast! But with this the stickers are less than $10 for 750-1,000! They print amazing! The ink looks nice. It’s easy to set up and use. The Bluetooth works great. I love that I can use this for anything, big or small! It’s small, so it’s easy to take with you wherever you need it. I can’t wait to try new things with this! If you have a small business this is an amazing product! Worth the investment it will save you a ton in the future!

I own a business that involves shipping but also labeling items. I bought this to do both and it worked initially fine for shipping labels but I was disappointed when my item labels were crooked. I could not figure it out and was convinced I bought something that I was gonna lose money on which is the frustration to many small business owners. Before I decided I was screwed I contacted Phomemo and they promptly responded and followed up with me and they actually fixed the issue. I did not expect this kind of customer service in 2026 but I assure you they take their product(s) seriously. I am now thinking of purchasing another item from them simply because of how dependable they are to follow up.

I’m so angry at myself for buying this. After doing a little research (Now I wish I’d done more) and saving up for months, it turns out this printer is a total dud. I’d put it up in a yard sale but I feel too bad for whoever would end up buying it. Do you have the patience of a saint and the temperament of a sleeping koi fish? If so, I have a free label printer I can send you. Things to know before you buy: First, absolutely purchase a shipping label printer that houses the labels inside of it. Otherwise, you have a stack of labels sitting out that get wrinkled, dusty, and take up space. Yes, you could purchase a separate label holder; but why? Once you realize you must place the stack of labels a specific distance away from the printer for it to feed properly, in a delicate dance of impossible demands, you’ll wish you’d purchased something else. Second, this printer simply doesn’t successfully print labels very often. It has about 20 different error lights and messages, yet only 2 help videos — that aren’t helpful because they don’t actually solve any technical issues… The paper is loaded and prints halfway when suddenly printer doesn’t detect paper… The indicator light blinks red red, blue once, purple six times… The paper is detected but the angle is one eighth of a degree off… The printer decided it’s mad at you for placing it next to the shredder (it likes your phone dock better) and this high-maintenance mess is vengeful. About 1 out of every 50 times attempts results in a printed label. And yes, that means 49 wasted, partially printed labels. And likely an hour of your life lost to anger, regret, and questioning how all the innovation of modern society could add up to such mind-numbing waste. The power cord is huge, clunky, and old tech. This product is supposed to make life easier yet it’s so frustrating that it makes life significantly harder. It gets one star for looking nice; it’s only redeeming quality. The app is pretty functional and easy to navigate. The bluetooth connectivity is solid. And, if the thing would actually print something, there might be a chance it doesn’t end up in the dump. The world is full of beautiful things. Sadly, this isn’t one of them.

I love this printer! The instructions aren't perfectly clear in a couple of places, but it's easy enough to figure out. I needed something to label quail egg cartons, baked items, etc., and this works a treat! I've got a roll of labels in an index card holder behind the printer, and have the printer plugged in with the included USB cord into the included Mac dongle, to leave a USB port clear. With my system, for the driver, I had to add .sh to the end of the install file name, and then run it as root. No problem. Not sure how BT works, but it seems it might set up even easier on a phone. But it's nice to be able to design labels in my word processor, set the paper size to the label size (remember margins for fancy edges), and then just print what I need.

Got the Phomemo printer on a lightening deal of some sort and the price was really attractive, compared to similarly spec'ed printers. Seems like they have a coupon if you end up buying at "full price". It's small size, good printing quality and speed, make it a great tool for label printing. I am an occasional label printer and do not use the printer for heavy duty business purposes. The only real comment I have and the reason that I am rating it at four vs. five starts is the fact that printing out of Win11 using BT does not work natively and requires using an app. I suspect all similar printers work the same, but I was a little disappointed to learn this. For this reason I listed "Easy to use" and "Easy to install" at four stars. Printer came with only few labels, which printed well. Tried to print on labels I had at home, without success. Will need to purchase new labels. Altogether, very nice printer

It's the perfect machine for any job involving the creation of label stickers… the print quality is spectacular… I had some issues with the cable, so I contacted customer service and they resolved my problem… Thx 😊

I really like this product. It comes packed securely from amazon and inside the box is the label printer and all the necessary cables and cords you'll need to get it hooked up. Plus instructions on how to do so, and how to connect the device to Bluetooth so you can print right from a tablet or mobile phone (no need to just use your laptop or desktop PC). Printing was great and prior to buying this device I was using a Microsoft Word document to create my labels. It was a pain. I'd enter the label information, then print out the full-size page on my printer. Then I'd need to track down the scissors and cut out the section I needed for the box I was labelling. Where's the tape? Needed to track that down, too. Taped the label to the box. Not perfect but okay. Now I just print out a beautiful 4 x 6" label on the Phomemo device and affix it to the top of the box. Perfect and simple to use. The printer doesn't even take up much room on my desk. You will need a bit of extra space behind it to hold a stack of labels but no big hassle there. Highly recommended and a pleasure to use. If you're looking for a way to generate labels quickly, easily and professionally then this is a great solution for you.

No le doy 0 estrellas porque no se puede. Pésimo producto y pésima atención al cliente de parte de la compañía Nunca funcionó, la impresora nunca alimentó el papel para poder imprimir y siempre se mantuvo parpadeando rojo Y además, desde el celular y computadora me aparecía siempre la alerta de: “la cubierta de la impresora está abierta” a pesar de cerrarla.

La impresora sirve perfecto, funciona sin problemas y el tamaño la hace semi-portatil. Digo semi porque se puede meter a una mochila fácilmente pero no es como que se pueda meter al bolso de una chamarra grande. La aplicación es fácil de instalar y aunque sincronizarla no es lo mas rápido del mundo, me parece sobresaliente comparado con el estándar de la tecnología genérica. La aplicación es muy fácil de usar e intuitiva, se pueden adaptar otros tipos de formatos al de las etiquetas muy fácilmente.

Es una excelente opción esta impresora, acepta distintos tamaños de etiquetas por lo que lo puedes utilizar desde etiquetas decorativas, de precios, hasta si te dedicas a los envíos de productos. Tiene muy bien sistema de impresión y es rápida. No ocupa mucho espacio y trae todo lo necesaria para que la utilices tanto inalámbricamente como alambricamente.
