Best most consistent results of any hair coloring touch up I've ever used. Even if I end up using less time before rinsing it out or more time before rinsing it out than is suggested in the brochure, I still get the same look as on the box. So it's very error tolerant, and it doesn't dry your hair out excessively Afterwards, but I do recommend using a heavier hair moisturizer right after you use this product. The color is semi permanent which means for me it looks 100% color for about 2 weeks, then gradually fades to about 50% color over the next 6 weeks. I use it only for a few "low lites" in hair, about 8 strands of hair at a time, a few places along crown and hairline. Very good product at excellent price! I usually get about 4 uses out of each box. Because the ratio I believe is fifty-fifty where you add half of each of the 2 products contained in the box. Mix them together thoroughly before you apply it to your hair. And if you divide the containers up equally into four separate uses, the box will last a lot longer. Although it's so inexpensive, if you're hesitant to do that, even one box is a very economical price because you're doing your own hair color.

Easiest at home root care option ever.
