Best copper color in the drugstore market, however I believe they discontinued. Love the shade and easy to apply. Color pay off is great.

I’m sorry I can’t get a good pic! I have to say, I was hesitant to buy any garnier products after a friend had a bad experience with her shampoo! ( like over a decade ago!) but since COVID, I’m exclusively dying my hair at home, and the best deal I could find online was the GN brand. So I took a risk, and BOY AM I GLAD I DID!! My hair was kind of a dark brown, with a few inches of light brown roots growing in. I must preface this by saying I ordered the pomegranate color FIRST. So I used that, and it was AMAZING!! BRAVO!! BEAUTIFUL color!! After about 2.5-3 MOs, of course my roots were bothering me, so I decided I’d just go for it and use the denim color OVER it. This is how much of a risk I took— I went swimming, then put the color on my damp hair! I was interested to see what would happen!! So I probably left it on five minutes too long, but I’m glad I did. The smell was strong, but the original scent that first hit my nostrils was blueberry!! How fun?! Anyhoo, end result? EXACTLY what it looked like on the box!! If you’ve seen the commercial with Mandy Moore that’s on now, it’s the bluish black in the commercial (I think?) and its soooo cute. It’s not too “OH MY GODDD YOUR HAIR IS BLUE!!” Either!! Every time I’ve had my hair dyed reddish professionally in the past, it’s been almost impossible to get out. Well Garnier has a customer for life now!! I have NO IDEA what I’ll try next, but whatever it is, it’ll be from GARNIER!! Yay!! I’m just over the moon with this Brand!!Enjoy!!

This is a box dye. Obviously it isn’t going to be as great as getting your hair done professionally or getting the products yourself. I used this because I am now 31 and being faced with grey hairs popping up along my hairline. I thought this stuff worked really well initially to cover to my greys, I used a color safe shampoo and conditioner. Within 2 weeks the dye had lightened a lot (I put it over dark brown hair originally) and my greys weren’t covered anymore. For under $10 it was a great deal but next time I think I’ll just get the stuff myself and use a product specifically for grey coverage. Uh. Getting old is kind of a bummer - but it could be worse!

Ginger Snap 643 Light Natural CopperI was reading a ton of mixed reviews about this hair color, so I thought I would share my results. I have naturally dark brown hair, but had recently had a hair stylist dye it a medium copper color, so it lifted my natural color quite a bit. As with most red shades, it faded pretty quickly and with my roots coming in, I thought I should try to find a box dye to maintain rather than going to the salon all the time for touch ups.So for those who are saying, “beware, the color is brown” that isn’t at all what I experienced. It really turned out a nice warm toned copper! It perfectly lifted my roots (which are dark brown) for an even all over color. Very happy with the color results and once I stepped outside in natural light, it was a perfect match to what it indicated on the box.To address the dullness complaints, yes, I did find my hair to be dull after naturally drying it. I also find that this is a pretty normal result with box dye right after rinsing it out the color. After adding my regular styling products, it looked exactly the way I expected it to look and exactly what I wanted. This is OVERALL MY FAVORITE COLOR.I’m upset that for about a year this 613 color can not be purchased anywhere?!?!?Why is that?Sad no longer available. WHY NOT?I want to buy more of the # 613

I wanted a light auburn hair color but this was really weak in color pay off. Instead of making my hair look anything like the color of the pictures, it hardly did any noticable color change at all. Very disappointed in this. The plus side was that it made my hair soft, but that was almost about what it did. I accept that my hair is dark brown to light brown with highlights and I did bleach my hair before, but I should at least see some changes in my bleach hair! Not much at all! Very disappointed in this product. I won't be purchasing this again.
