I have been on a health kick all 2025, and my long runs on Saturdays leave me in dire need of electrolytes!! I've generated a huge aversion to sugar lately so Liquid IV, which used to be my favorite, is not longer an option. I wanted a sugar free option that didn't have sugar alternatives like aspartame or sucralose because I CANNOT stand the taste. This was the first thing that came up! And I can safely say I will only be purchasing the brand from here on out.The flavor is an acquired taste, but I love LA Croix-esque seltzers that have a wisp of flavor. This feels like an uncarbonated version. I like that there are 30 servings for a reasonable price. I add 1 scoop to 32 oz of water and the hydration is incredible. This electrolyte mix is extremely effective and helps me stay hydrated. I love that there's no extra junk in the ingredients.It is very easy to mix into your water, and again, the flavor is just a faint lemon. Since there's no sugar or additives, it is not sweet AT ALL, which I adore. Overall, this product is exactly as described, and exactly what I was looking for!

This is hard to find- an electrolyte powder with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners. It tastes fine just mixed into water, but I add in a little watermelon or root juice and it is perfect. I wish I could find it in packets for traveling, but the container seals up pretty well and takes up very little space. So glad I found it after trying all the others which are over-sweetened.

Although the product is probably good, this packaging is not good. You can’t scoop the correct mix, and the zip bag will not close. My intent was to order the box of sticks. I will go back to Liquid IV after I finish the box of sticks I also ordered once I realized I ordered the wrong item and couldn’t return it or even contact the seller. I was expelling all the water I was drinking just as if I was drinking plain water. With Liquid IV, I am able to stay hydrated even in the hot summer days outside on the ranch, with my body absorbing the water and not expelling all the water I drink. Even RNs I talked to stuck with Liquid IV with the balance using Cane sugar.

Good for customizing my hydration. I prefer to add honey for sweetness, and some lemon juice for a bit of zing. Also a bit more salt because I'm always sweating at work, even in the winter. I wish it were a larger pouch, I hate the idea of all those extra scoops I'll be getting. If I could get a bulk bag, I could transfer it to a reusable jar and scoop.

I needed the individual packets for an airplane trip I have coming up. Normally I wouldn't buy it like this because it is nearly 3 times as much as buying it in the big package. Several of the packets were not properly sealed and made a mess when I opened the box.Amazon issued a refund. I can use the others that are still sealed, but I would not recommend buying the individual packets. It is not worth the price, especially if you can't use a quarter of the box.
