Informative, well pitched book for children and interested adults.

Oprah had Mellody on her podcast talking about her book, it's evolution and her life money's experiences. The facts are simple, concise and very informative. The illustrations are beautiful, colorful and very detailed. There were money facts that aren't talked bout or taught. This is book includes fun money facts for both children and adults alike to learn and appreciate. I especially enjoyed the History of of money, the different items that were used as currency throughout time, the real-life adventure examples of John and Mellody on trading/bartering, nicknames of money and the names of currency throughout the world.

Great book so far for my 5 yr old. An easy format to learn and understand where money came from and how it works. Great drawings and dialogue throughout.

Mellody Hobson is at the forefront of financial literacy for ages biologically, and chronologically. This book will prepare children, teens, adults, and the elderly with the tools they need to understand, steward, and compound their money toward mastery over their finances.
