Better than I expected. Here's the scoop. I had shoulder surgery a few weeks ago so I can only lay on my left side. I prop my broken wing up on this pillow and have part between my knees (only way I can sleep) and have gotten the best night's sleep post opt that way. It has stayed fluffy yet firm, but not too firm. The cooling side is amazing for hot sleepers. I plan on getting one of those anime girl pillow cases just for giggles. I'm seriously in love with this pillow. It says it'll take 24 hours to fully fluff up but it took less than two and was ready to use. I have only positive things to say. Great value for money, the quality is great and the support it gives is even better. I find the thickness perfect. If you are looking for a body pillow THIS IS IT!!!!

My boyfriend got me this for my horrific sciatica and- I really do love this pillow. It's super soft for one, the cooling case so far seems really nice despite not sleeping with it yet. It seems pretty stuffed except some minor exceptions in certain spots, but really for the most part it's truly an incredible find. Highly recommend, the price was a steal for this thing.

It’s a pillow. You get what you expect. I like my pillows medium in height, not too flat, not too puffy, this pillow is a great medium. The cover is easy to clean and comfy. Got it for $27 and it’s worth it.

It did stay cool, I made a pillow cover out of a bamboo sheet so it would stay cool. I thought I'd really love this pillow but it is very heavy and hard to turn over with.It also started to have a dent in the middle, not retaining it's shape.I stopped using it after about a month, my husband uses it to prop his head up once in a while.
