"Android Guy" approved - Pricey, but it has the goods. Worth it.
Well I'm not really an Apple guy, I've got a Pixel phone and a Pixel watch and a PC with Windows and a Linux VM. I'm a pretty staunch opponent to paying the so called "Apple Tax". I bought this for my wife for Mother's Day because she kept telling me she wanted an iPad instead of another Windows laptop. But I really ended up liking it myself more than I thought I would. What struck me after setting it up was that this is really a pretty unique device. The thing is, you can't really get this combination of size, speed and features in any Android tablet, and a Windows tablet, well, doesn't seem appealing to say the least. Samsung makes a 14.6" tablet but it's a 16:9 design (really long and rectangular) whereas the 13" iPad is a 4:3 design (more square) which makes it much more easy to carry around. The Google Pixel tablet is a pretty nice tablet but it only comes in an 11" size if you want a true tablet as opposed to something more like a laptop. As for the iPad Pro, well, everything is pretty awesome. Besides the aforementioned things, it's the fastest Apple device I've ever used, and I've had lots of work issued iPhones. The screen quality is extremely high. Animations, transitions and windows moving around are liquid smooth. Video quality is outstanding, you can watch YouTubes in 4K and it's smooth as can be. The WiFi speed also seems better than my other devices for whatever reason, it's very responsive. The Apple Store for iPads is also a much richer ecosystem than the Google Play Store, when you're talking about apps that are truly optimized for the tablet experience instead of the phone experience. I have a number of apps on my cheap Android tablet that really aren't optimized for the bigger screen, they're just phone apps that are schlepped on there. Not so with iPad, most of the apps are really optimized for the tablet form factor. That's just something else that improves the experience. We also have had no issues with aftermarket accessories. I took a chance and I purchased it with a 3rd party keyboard and 3rd party pencil and there have been zero issues with either. My wife also plugged in her mouse from her Windows laptop that uses a USB dongle and that worked fine also after I handed her a USB-A to USB-C converter. This device has a premium price, but it does not disappoint. The value for the money is there, the user experience is clearly superior to other tablets. Thankfully I got it while Amazon was running a sale, so that helped. I highly recommend the iPad Pro if you can get past the price tag. You will not be disappointed.

A Powerhouse for Graphic Design – Basically a Touchscreen Laptop
This 13-inch iPad Pro has completely streamlined my workflow. It is incredibly easy to use right out of the box, with a smooth, intuitive interface that just makes sense. As someone who constantly creates and formats art designs for digital marketplaces, the expansive screen and processing power make this an absolute dream for graphic design. The responsiveness and color accuracy are unmatched for digital rendering. When I need to switch gears from illustrating to managing uploads, typing out descriptions, or handling daily tasks, it functions exactly like a high-end laptop. It handles heavy design files effortlessly while staying perfectly portable. I highly recommend it for any digital artist or designer looking for a reliable, all-in-one workstation!

The Ultimate Powerhouse!
As a solutions architect who frequently works from home and on the go, having a reliable and high-performance device is crucial. The Apple iPad Pro 13-Inch (M4) has proven to be an outstanding choice, offering unparalleled power, versatility, and features that meet all my professional and personal needs. First and foremost, the Ultra Retina XDR display is nothing short of stunning. The 13-inch screen provides crystal-clear visuals with exceptional brightness, contrast, and color accuracy. Whether I am working on complex projects, watching videos, or browsing the web, the display delivers an immersive and vibrant experience. The iPad Pro's 512GB storage capacity is more than sufficient for all my apps, documents, and media files. While local storage is ample, most of my media files are stored in iCloud or OneDrive, so local storage wasn’t as important to me. The cameras on this iPad are top-notch. The 12MP front and back cameras produce high-quality images and videos, making it ideal for virtual meetings, document scanning, and capturing moments on the go. I use it all the time for online meetings, and nobody can tell the difference between this and a high-end camera in my home office setup. The addition of the LiDAR Scanner is a game-changer for augmented reality applications, providing precise depth-sensing capabilities that could potentially be useful for professional tasks, although I don't use it for creative tasks. Connectivity is seamless with Wi-Fi 6E, offering faster and more reliable internet speeds. This has significantly improved my productivity, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted online sessions, whether I am attending virtual meetings or collaborating on projects. Face ID is another excellent feature, providing quick and secure access to the device. It works flawlessly, adding a layer of convenience and security to my daily routine. The all-day battery life is impressive, allowing me to work, browse, and stream without constantly worrying about recharging. This feature is particularly beneficial for long workdays and travel. The iPad Pro's performance is unparalleled, thanks to the M4 chip. It handles everything I throw at it with ease, from multitasking and running demanding applications to high-end gaming and content creation. The device is incredibly responsive and powerful, making it a true powerhouse in the tablet market. Despite packing such high performance, the iPad Pro is super thin compared to its predecessors and remarkably light, enhancing its portability without sacrificing power. To complement my iPad Pro, I also got the Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil Pro. The Magic Keyboard provides an exceptional typing experience and includes a built-in trackpad, enhancing the iPad's functionality and making it a versatile tool for work and play. The Apple Pencil Pro is perfect for taking notes, drawing, and navigating the iPad with precision. However, one minor drawback is the cost. While the iPad Pro offers exceptional features and performance, it comes at a premium price. Nonetheless, considering the quality and capabilities of the device, it is a worthwhile investment for professionals and power users. In summary, the Apple iPad Pro 13-Inch (M4) is an exceptional device that delivers top-tier performance, stunning visuals, and advanced features. With its Ultra Retina XDR display, 512GB storage, high-quality cameras, LiDAR Scanner, Wi-Fi 6E, Face ID, and all-day battery life, it is the ultimate powerhouse for anyone looking to maximize their productivity and creativity. Paired with the Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil Pro, it offers an unmatched user experience. Highly recommended for professionals and tech enthusiasts alike!

I absolutely love everything about my Apple iPad Pro 13”. From the moment I started using it, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The large 13” display is stunning—bright, sharp, and incredibly smooth. Whether I’m streaming shows, reading, multitasking, or working on creative projects, the screen quality makes everything look amazing. The performance is outstanding. Apps open instantly, multitasking is effortless, and everything runs flawlessly without lag. It handles both everyday tasks and more demanding work with ease, making it feel more like a powerful laptop replacement than just a tablet. The design is sleek, lightweight, and premium, which makes it easy to carry while still feeling solid and high-end. Battery life has also been impressive—I can use it throughout the day without constantly worrying about charging. I also love how well it works with accessories like the Apple Pencil and keyboard, which makes note-taking, drawing, and productivity incredibly smooth and intuitive. The sound quality is excellent, with clear, rich audio that enhances videos and music. Overall, the iPad Pro 13” is an incredible device that combines power, beauty, and versatility. It’s hands down one of the best tech purchases I’ve ever made, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier tablet experience.

Simply awesome ipad for a 3 yr old user
I bought this ipad for me. But my toddler baby has taken it over permanently. He calls it "itad". LOL. The only time I am "allowed" to touch ipad is when it needs Charging. Honestly, if a 3 year old can operate this iPad Pro M4 then absolutely anyone can use it. It's a testament of how Apple has nailed the user experience. Congrats Apple. To our surprise our 3 year old learned by himself how to use Stage Manager, switch apps, Maximize/Minimize/Close apps. He hasn't learned to properly manipulate volume yet. Because one time he tried to do that. In that process he increased volume to Maximum and got scared because the music he was playing went so loud. I think now he is afraid to push volume buttons. I bought a folio case for ipad, sturdy metal height and tilt adjustable stand, and pencil pro. I am trying to teach my son how to use Pencil. But his fingers are so tiny that he can't hold it in his fingers properly. But he loves the Pencil and holds it with all 5 fingers and try to use it on ipad. I don't like that because he tends to push the pencil much harder than I think the delicate screen can tolerate. Apple should make Ultra-light weight pencil and indestructible screen. Toddlers and parents worldwide will be extremely happy. There are so many educational, entertaining apps for children on Apple store that we don't buy toys and other gadgets anymore. Of course this could be a good or bad, depending upon how you look at it. We as parents are traditionalists. But I think our son loves technology and uses it to his advantage. Our hope is that he learns while getting entertained. If you are a parent of small child then consider buying ipad (any model), it will really help your children learn - tracing alphabets, numbers, shapes. Match letters, make words from letters, play math games, match shapes and colors and much much more. Your kids will love it. Btw the color quality is just awesome because it's an OLED screen. The HDR videos become SO bright that you will need to reduce brightness. This ipad although it's Pro version, the battery lasts for a long time. I recommend anyone to set 80% as maximum battery charging level. This will improve battery life in the long run. Thank you Apple for making this wonderful product.

It was time for an upgrade
My current iPad is probably 10 years old and still working but I broke down and bought the Apple iPad Pro based on my daughter's recommendation. First thing that happened was the new one recognized my iPhone 13 that was nearby and automatically installed all the settings from my iPhone. So setup was a breeze! I did not buy the pencil or the keyboard but I probably will soon. The display on this iPad is noticeably better than my old iPad. The one problem I'm having is that the unit is so thin and light it is awkward to hold it steady and use it without it slipping out of my hands. I've ordered a case/stand to use with it which should help. Apple should probably include a case in the box. Otherwise I love this new model and hope it lasts 10 years like my old one.

Apple has hit it out of the ball field with this one
In contrast to my usual practice of upgrading my iPad Pro two years later, I made an exception due to a close friend borrowing my previous iPad Pro model from 2021. Unfortunately, he dropped or let it fall off the couch, resulting in a cracked screen. Since I was out of warranty, I quickly realized that replacing the screen would be quite costly. Consequently, I decided to gift the iPad to my friend and purchase a new one instead. Typically, I opt for the iPad Pro with the highest memory and cellular data options. However, my carrier, T-Mobile, was only offering a deal on an iPad at the time. They would have applied the credit to any iPad product in the past, but this time, they refused. Therefore, I saved a significant amount of money by purchasing the iPad from Amazon, which already takes a percentage off the top. This was the most favorable deal available for an Apple product. To further reduce expenses, I opted for an iPad without cellular data and the highest memory capacity. Given that I already subscribe to Premium iCloud services, it made no sense to pay for the highest level of memory. In summary, I made a wise decision by purchasing the iPad at a reasonable price. The iPad itself features several improvements, including the M4 processor, a thinner design, and upgraded cameras. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. While I typically purchase my iPad Pro through my carrier, which comes with a subsidy, I am retired now and occasionally consider commuting and traveling. However, my travel frequency is limited, and I can easily connect to Wi-Fi at home, restaurants, or other establishments. Logically, I was able to save a substantial amount of money by purchasing the Premium Apple product and opting for the iPad without cellular data and the highest memory capacity. I am very pleased with my decision. Although I could have potentially saved even more money by purchasing the subsidized iPad nine, I would have ended up paying more due to the monthly fee. In conclusion, if you decide to purchase an iPad, it is essential to get the Magic Keyboard case and the Apple Pencil Pro, as they complement the product and enhance its functionality.
