Customer service was a bit difficult to communicate with but they came through eventually.
We will be using it primarily on trips in our motorhome. We like that it collapses into a sea bag that fits in the back of our car we tow behind the motor home.

Expensive... but 10x more likely to use than a rigid hull kayak
Exceeded my expectations. SUPER stable. One-man-carry, don’t even need a roof rack.I inflated manually and it was both easy and quick.

Seam leak, we'll see if they can help
Inflated it twice, heard a small sizzle and found a seam that is leaking, seems that the glue had an air pocket that didn't seal.

For the Money, Buy an AIRE or NRS
I really wanted to be stoked on this kayak, but it's just not living up in terms of quality or toughness. There are lots of great features and parts which I think would make it a quality kayak for little lakes. I think more effort was put into making it look good and review good for Instagram, than actually surviving much use in the wild. The left side pontoon will not stay inflated for more than 8 hours. Enough for an afternoon float. I will say Bote customer service was very responsive and offered suggestions on where to try to fix it. I suspect it's a poorly seated Halkey-Roberts valve. Which tightening didn't help. But at the end of the day, this thing won't hold air right out of the box.I am not sure if the seams are supposed to be stitched, but if they are...not single part of this thing has intact stitching. The vinyl is very thin which surprised and disappointed me most. My kids played on it for day, and I was shocked by the amount of stress marks on the surface just from small kids walking over it. I can't imagine hitting any type of rocks in a river won't cut right through it.The pump is great, seats are actually pretty neat, comes with the fishing rod holders which is a bonus. The bottom comes out and is basically a short and narrow SUP. They don't advertise this can be used as a SUP, and it has no fins, but it could be used as a fun floatation platform or camp table if you needed as it is removable. For the money, I would probably buy an Aire Tomcat or NPS kayak. This thing looks great, and comes with a great package of accessories, but I can't imagine this will hold up to much use without constant patching and conditioning.

Order DIRECT
Got this to for fishing mangroves and the shallow Bay areas. I didn’t want to deal with buying a trailer or taking up garage space with a traditional kayak. I did inflate it ahead of taking it out on the inner coastal to make sure there isn’t a slow leak anywhere. Customer service has been awesome BUT I ordered it directly from BOTE’s website. You don’t save any money by ordering on Amazon. Maybe the people who didn’t have great experiences with customer service ordered from Amazon, not sure. I sent an email over the weekend to BOTE and got a response within an hour. So far, it seems to be high quality and well made. If you plan to take this out solo, you may consider a kayak cart to roll it to the water.

You’re gonna get Wet…
I like the ease of transporting and that is Huge… What I wasn’t crazy about were the drain holes in the bottom… They seem to let water in instead of letting water drain out… While kayaking our feet were always wet even though we weren’t splashing any in over the sides…Even when we exited the kayak the water didn’t drain out until we tipped it over and that was disappointing… If I would have read that in reviews I probably wouldn’t have purchased this…
