I'd buy another.
Very compact and effortless to setup. This suits my desktop well, and if it continues to function well, I will be zealous in my praise for this small form computer. Everything is working well thus far.

Pleasantly surprised with the performance
If you know what you are buying this for, you will not find better for anywhere near the price. 1) The basics - 16 GB Ramm and 512 GB NVME is sufficient for any low end usage. Expandability on the SSD (not tested) or through USB makes up for any storage shortcomings. 2) Iris Xe - Don't expect to run modern games on this. It is capable of running them, but not well, and will likely get to a point of crashing. I use mine with Marvelous Designer, where the graphics processing is sprints, but not continual. It performs this exceptionally well. For playing movies and general use, the graphics capabilities are more than sufficient. 3) Full Function USB-C - This is easily underestimated, but has proven incredibly useful to me. I am able to use this mini at multiple docking monitors, without needing to carry the power supply. With a single plug, I connect to display, power, external storage, and the keyboard and mouse. The dual HDMI and plenty USB 3s are also nice to have. 4) Cool and reliable - Although it seems like it would be capable, this is not the primary computer I use. When not taking advantage of its power and mobility, I set this up to run unconnected to a display and simply hold network storage. The low power consumption and low heat make it exceptionally good for this, however the i3 version would function just as well as the i5 that I got. When I need to quickly log in during file service (and hotspot), the full function type C makes this even easier. Down Sides: There are no genuine downsides. The RAM cannot be expanded, the system cannot run modern games, and the storage included is insufficient for large game installations. These are known and expected limitations, and every expectation I had was exceeded greatly. Unless you need a gaming system (for gaming, video editing, or heavy 3D editing), I would highly recommend any of these systems.

Missing TPM 2.0 so no Windows 11 updates!
The PC is working but not able to perform MS windows 11updates due to missing TPM 2.0. How can this product be sold with windows 11 installed but TPM 2.0 not present?

Good computer
This is a good mid-performance mini PC for the price. If you install Ubuntu on this unit, you will likely have to modify the grub menu to include “nomodeset” or your attached monitor(s) will likely go blank mid-boot. Other than that it’s been a good unit.
