Excellent product, fairly easy to use, but the manual leaves a lot to be desired. Seems to be very accurate and switches on an off at the set temperatures. I've been using it for about 2 months now to automatically switch a fan on & off and its worked perfectly. There appears to be a lot of other options available other than the basic Min-Max switching option , but I can't make head nor tail of the manual and I'm generally pretty tech savvy. Very good price and appears to be well made, with a very good LCD display panel.

Great value, compact alternative to a Inkbird controller if you only need to control heating/cooling but not both. I'm a home-brewer, and wanted a simple controller for temperature control of my fermentation vessel. Plugging my cheap non-thermostatically controlled heat belt into this then duct-taping the temperature probe to the side of the FV with a bit of kitchen towel over it to insulate from room temperature somewhat has worked brilliant for me - dead easy to set up, and it's let me keep the FV at exactly the temperature I need it to be. It appears to work quite accurately, when the probe is left in open air the reading matches or is very close to other temperature sensors I have. I wanted to buy this instead of a thermostatic heat belt as it gives more accurate temperature control, and can also be used in future to control a heater/keezer/whatever I need. I now have an Inkbird controller as well because I scored it on a good deal, but I still turn to this unit first for simple control, and will use the Inkbird if I ever set up a fermentation fridge with heating as well as cooling needing controlling.

Use this to control a heated propagator for seedlings and cuttings, with the probe pushed into the soil of a pot or tray. Easy to set the on and off temperature. Works well

Easy to set up. Works fine for my garage tube heater. Shows current room temp and power on & off temps. Handy for the room temp display in the garage throughout the year. If used for heaters, make sure the heater is not covered or a possible fire risk unattended.

Used to protect greenhouse plants from frost while away for weekend. Easy to set minimum switch on temperature and max off temperature of a small fan heater.

More functions than I need, just need to control the temperature in a propagator. Managed more by luck than design to set it and it seems to be doing the job.
