Silit Durado 1924603301 Frying and Serving Pan 24 cm

We first heard about Silit via Paul Pitchford who wrote a fantastic book called Healing with Whole Foods. So we brought a frying pan - infact we brought two of them !If the pans were renamed to 'Silit Extra Sick Frying Pan' it would get 5*s all round !The first pan was extremely sticky from the start, as soon as as a egg hit it, it cemented its way on and every omelet became scrambled egg ! And that's with oil in the pan !The second pan was great for a few weeks and then exactly the same again ! We did everything the instructions told us to, it never went in the dishwasher it was washed with a non scratch cleaning utensil. It was oiled, prepared, cleaned properly, there's not much more we could apart from tuck it in and read it a bed time story.Not a good pan at all.We brought a £10 TK Maxx ceramic one just before this as a temporary one and it's worked much better !
