The package was perfect and did not have random extra space which is great since we are family that likes to reduce our waste as much as possible. The instructions were very straight forward. I was able to test the efficiency of the machine using a sleep study report system for children and my child's sleep quality improved. I recommend this machine and actually plan on buying another one soon for myself! The added water feature is soothing and refreshing.

The machine is big and heavy. I bought for grandma. She said the machine is difficult for her to operate and move. She also doesn’t want to wait that time to generate oxygen.

Works great! Runs quiet, can run 24 hours, has variable air flow settings settings.We did have to cover up the bright blue lighting on the machine as the lights bothered us at night. The machine seems to work real well. We are happy with it after using it for a month.

There's no hose in the package. I can't use it. I wanted to buy it for grandpa, but I couldn't use it. So disappointed
