Love the size and thickness. The firmness is just write.

Good for ergonomics but loses grip with just a bit of dust
I think this is a good wrist rest. They give you the option to just use the one on the keyboard or just the mouse one. It's also great that it is actually comfortable, but with just a bit of dust, they lose grip on the table and move around a bit, which is not much, but one would wish it to stay completely still.
