Really tasty , but not keto
Pro: these are delicious. If you need gluten free and are OK with sugars they may be perfect for you.Cons: I was hoping a gluten free product made from Almond flour and coconut oil would also be sugar free and low carb.No ingredients or nutritional information pictures or listings were included in this listing as of 9 Sept 2024 so I have added an image with the information from the back of the packets.I was so excited when I say these were made with Almond Flour & Coconut Oil, two ingredients that are often used to make sugar free , low carb , yet tasty alternatives , for those on Keto or diabetic diets. The high price of these cookies would be typical of specialist sugar free , low carb products , so I took a chance.'Taking a chance' should never be necessary on food products , the ingredients and nutritional information should always be part of the description. However, the Amazon images only showed the front of the packet. When I got them I was disappointed to see that they are not sugar free or especially low carb.Per 5 cookies (serving size) 8g of added sugar and 18g carbs.I suppose if you limit yourself to just one or two cookie they could be considered a low carb treat. However, I feel this is a missed opportunity , I love that they are made form Almond flour and Coconut oil, but don't love that they also include powdered sugar, coconut sugar and cane sugar.Ingredients must be included in an Amazon listing along with nutritional information.Gluten free recommended .ExpensiveNot KetoThe nutritional information needs to be on the listing

What Amazing Person Came Up with These Grain Free Cookies for Regular Cookie People??
So, I know you're reading this because you're hoping I'm going to extol the virtues of a grain free lifestyle or something something gluten. I'm sure those are all fantastic things to write about, but I, in my deepest, darkest heart, I am just a simple cookie person. And I fear this has influenced my household and so, just between us, we are a cookie family. We love cookies. But we are just a tad (okay, not just a tad, a LOT), picky about cookies. I bake a lot of cookies as a result. Because we don't typically like store bought cookies. Yea, I know, sue me. .Newsflash, this Fresas Con Crema flavor, we LOVE!!! We all really love these cookies. They are light, and crispy, but not too hard at all. The topping has a slight berry sugary flavor. They are not too big, so you can easily eat a couple-ish and feel not heavy. They're delicious!! I thought when I got these, "well, 6 bags, that's a lot, we'll have those for some time, enough to share...". Well, it IS a lot of cookies, and it WAS enough to share, but we aren't going to. We're saving this just for us, unless you know the secret cookie people handshake. We cookie people have to stick together.

Delicious!
I'm not on a gluten-free diet, so I've never had grain-free cookies, but I had the opportunity to order these for evaluation and decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. I would have never guessed they are grain free - they are delicious! They do have a fair amount of saturated fat, I assume from the coconut oil, so I will probably limit myself to 2 or 3 a day, but I really can't find anything negative to say about these other than they are kind of expensive. I assume that's typical for gluten-free products. There's no Nutritional Facts on the Amazon listing, so if you're wondering what they are:Serving size - 5 cookies (30g)Calories: 140Total Fat: 8gSaturated Fat: 8gTrans Fat: 0gCholesterol: 0mgSodium: 140mgTotal Carbohydrate: 18gDietary Fiber: 1gTotal Sugars: 8g(includes 8g added sugars)protein: 1gCalcium: 20mgIron: 0.2mgPotassium: 50mgIf you're on a gluten-free diet, you will love these cookies!

Not Bad Gluten-Free Cookies
My mother-in-law and aunt-in-law are both gluten-free. We ordered these cookies so that we could have them at our house when we entertain. As we enter the fall season, we do a lot of entertaining. These cookies are a good value. You get six bags. They are nicely sealed with a zipper top for easy resealing.I tasted the cookies for this review. I am not gluten-free, so I am glad that I can partake of all the wondrous gluten-filled desserts that will be offered over the next few months. These are okay. Not bad. I am giving them four stars because I have tasted other gluten-free cookies, and some are quite bad. So please keep in mind that my review is based off the fact that I am not gluten-free and I have tasted far worse. They are a nice light treat. I recommend them for individuals who are gluten-free, but if you are not gluten-free, there are so many other options. Buy accordingly.
