Best air conditioner I’ve ever bought. The remote is so helpful. The air blows cold. Shuts on and off to keep the selected setting temperature. The “just fan” setting allows you to blow in fresh air. The timer works great. It is not loud. It raises my electric bill if I run it from morning to evening by $30 a month.

This is absolutely an amazing air conditioner!!! My girlfriend’s wall unit died and we had to get a replacement fast… Super easy to install and the air is SUPER COLD!!! Five stars I would definitely recommend this air conditioner to anybody that has the space and the time to install it

bought this air conditioner to survive the brutal NYC summer heat, but it has been an absolute nightmare. At first, the installation was easy, and it worked great for the first 24 hours, cooling the room down perfectly. However, by the second day, it completely stopped blowing cold air. To make matters worse, it is currently 6:30 AM, and my family and I just woke up completely suffocated and drenched in sweat because this unit did absolutely nothing overnight. As you can see in the photo I’ve attached (image.png), the unit powers on, but the compressor refuses to kick in and the digital display is malfunctioning. Right now, we are trapped in a suffocatingly hot apartment, dealing with extreme discomfort because of this defective machine. It is completely unacceptable for a brand-new product to die in less than a day. I demand that the seller or Amazon customer service contact me immediately to send a replacement unit that actually works, or give me a full refund. Do not buy this unless you want to waste your money and sweat inside your own home!

Order arrived a day late and it’s a bit noisier than I expected but so far it’s doing a pretty good job of cooling my apartment down. P.S. I received a notification saying my order would be a week late. But then it arrived the very next day. If your order is delayed, don’t panic. And remember, if it says “Prime” it’s Amazons responsibility to deliver your order. Not the seller.

I've had this AC for a few weeks, and it's doing a great job so far. The remote control is really convenient when I wake in the middle of the night and need to make adjustments. The display looks nice, and the filter is easy to access for cleaning. It was packaged nicely with no damage. It's heavy, though! I'm used to dealing with 5,000 BTU units, but I had to get my son lift this one up to the window for me. This unit does make the standard window AC noise, but it's a non-issue for me. If you work from home or need to have a very quiet setting, good luck finding a silent unit.

Very impressed so far! Only been a week so can’t speak to longevity but my prior 12000 BTU AC would never get my room below 65. This thing got my room down to 63 with the door open! Remote is basic but works well. It is quieter than another window AC we have owned, though it does often start off with a few noises but settles out within a few minutes.
