I am a 50ish women and recently started experiencing a very slow urine flow (dribble) and sometimes had to concentrate just to get the dribble going. I was scared to death of going thru another urine retention episode like I did last year and paying for emergency services, doctor bills and prescription drugs and almost surgery again. Natures Way has been my favorite Brand in herbal, nutrients and natural products for health since 25 years ago.Urinary is one of the best products, I have used when I have urinary infections and Works great. In one dayyou can feel much better, but I take it for 5 days or so....and always have one bottle on hand for in case.....I have recommended to other friends and patients and they are happy with the results. Good product for the price

Super effective! A soon as that slight uncomfortable feeling hits, take three throughout the day and all good. Pair with probiotic and 3-4 liters of water and completely fine. For rough cases, 3 days of three each day and back to normal. Easy to swallow if you can handle pills, doesn't hang up. No after taste or other weirdness.

Can't live without these. I take 2 every day. I have something that feels like a UTI but the doctor(s) cant find any infection so they give me nothing even though the troubles go away with strong antibiotics. These pills help me keep my sanity and keep the feeling of constant going to the bathroom to a minimum.For me they help. I have stopped them once for a few weeks and boy did the UTI come back.I just wish doctors would care more and try to figure out what I have instead of telling me that everything looks normal.
