I bought this to use instead of tape measures, which can be awkward over longer distances when working alone (folding on themselves etc). I find the basic functions (distance measurement, volume and area calculations etc) to be excellent. Quick and very accurate. I have dropped it a couple of times and it hasn’t fallen apart, it seems quite robust. Overall, I do consider it very good value for money and I’m very happy with this purchase.

Exactly what wanted. Does the job quickly and accurately, saves lots of time instead of using measuring tape. It's very compact, fits in trousers pocket. And has really bright screen, readable in any lighting conditions. Highly recommend

Isn't accurate at all. It adds 9mm extra to each measurement, tried calibrating it but still the same.

This is by far a more lavish and expensive gadget than a builders laser tool. It’s ideal for estate agents or architects to measure up rooms draw room plans and spaces. It’s small and packed with a lot of features. The obvious is measuring distances. Unlike other measuring devices that you aim and press a button this one gives you a constant live reading as you are moving it about. Reading can be from bottom of device or from front of device depending how you use it. As you scroll through the touch sensitive menus there are many options like room drawing designs and features that require an add on such as a small joystick. Also has a level functionality although not very sure how accurate it is. I’ll need to away the laser a bit more to validate its accuracy. At the moment there is a discrepancy between that it gives and my tape measure. Not sure if it needs calibration as that is also a function in the setting. Hence it’s more for an office user rather than a builder who wants to just get a reading. Build very well and comes packaged like a very premium brand.

This is a great measuring device. Once checked I found to be very accurate. The instructions are easy to follow. Perfect tool for DIY and trades.

Produit très sympa, le design est minimaliste et tous les menus sont accessibles. Reçu hier je ne l'ai que brièvement testé sur les mesures de bases. Il faut télécharger l'application pour pouvoir accéder a ses données si vous souhaitez les intégrer dans un logiciel. Je regrette d'ailleurs qu'on ne puisse pas déclencher le télémètre depuis l'appli (ou je n'ai pas encore trouver comment faire). De mon point de vue, il manque soit un antidérapant : plastique lisse et glissant, pas facile quand on a de grandes mains soit une dragonne pour éviter un drame. En parlant de drame, je pense qu'une chute lui serait fatale. Meme si c'est correctement construit, ce n'est pas non plus un matériel de chantier. Donc design sympa mais manipulation à appréhender. Le bon coté est bien sur son coté compact et la possibilité d'enregistrer les données et les récupérer pour le traitement. Pour ceux qui ne lisent pas l'anglais la doc en français est accessible sur le site du fabricant. Reste a voir a l'usage si toutes les promesses sont respectées.
