You have to add a few things until it’s good
So I agree with everyone that right out of the packet, the pad Thai flavor isn’t great. I played around with it though and cut up some sautéed chicken breast (I’m not vegan), a tablespoon of peanut butter, splash of lime juice and a tsp of chili garlic and boom. The way i see it, it’s half done for you out of the packet, it’s low carb and if you add the chicken, you can even get some Protein out of the meal. I’ve found a way to make this taste delicious

Don't buy this. Yuck.
Gross flavor. Texture of noodles was ok which is the only positive thing I can say. tofu was not good, it was like overcooked eggs. I tried to season it with sesame and etc but no. I ate it, but it was how I would imagine jail food to be. For the price? No way! Don't do it. Yuck.

Seriously a Miracle!
Okay. I am seriously obsessed with these noodles. I really didn’t find them rubbery at all, like I have found with the unprepared miracle noodles. These also don’t smell, which was another issue I had with the unprepared ones. The flavor isn’t quite Pad Thai, but I added some sriracha and teriyaki and it was delicious. I would love to see more Asian flavors, and maybe options without tofu. I seriously cannot believe my dinner tonight was only 90 calories— and I enjoyed it!

Base for a small soup; add on and customize to taste!
I read a negative review for this product and bought it anyway, as I have tried and enjoy this brand of noodle in other dishes. This is more of a base for a created meal than a stand-alone product. Unlike the picture, it does not come with any additional ingredients like veggies, meat, or spices beyond the sauce packet for broth and the noodles. I have tried the miracle noodle brand and purchased knowing what they are like in flavor and texture. These didn't have any smell as others have reported, and the texture of the noodle varies depending on how it is cooked in my experience; I sometimes prefer to use a bit more water as 1 cup doesn't cover the noodles in the bowl that was used. If you want a diet-friendly, low carb or keto noodle soup base to add ingredients for a quick and easy meal, then this could be a good purchase for you. I really enjoy the noodle substitutions when I don't want an excess of carbs or calories, and if you can find the sweet spot in your own kitchen appliances and methods for your preferred texture then they're great. If you love restaurant-style pho, have never tried the brand or noodle type, and have no interest in adding ingredients or customizing to taste, then you might not enjoy it as some other do. I have found a similar low-carb noodle in a restaurant serving pho and thought it was great; these definitely have a place in that cuisine. Know what's in the package and customize to taste!

Noodles Hold Up, But Spice Blend Mundane
I cook with Shirataki noodles all the time, but venturing into microwave-ready, no-prep, fully-formed creations that can be heated and ready in 60 seconds is newer for me, and in the case of Miracle Noodle's Pad Thai, the results were surprising and odd. The noodle itself held up far better to microwaving than anticipated. But the spice blend was shockingly mundane, lacking in any flair, ambition, or truthfulness to real Pad Thai: little if any peanut -- regardless of what the ingredients state -- and no heat. The layered evocations of traditional Pad Thai just aren't here. Highly convenient and a great low-cost value, but I had to reach for my spice rack to transform this creation into something passable. - (Was this of use? If so, let me know by clicking, "Helpful." Cheers!)

I think it's delicious!
I have been losing weight and always looking for ways to cut down on overall calories, particularly carbs which are heavy-calorie and not effective for making me feel full. Shirataki is interesting stuff. You can get virutal 0 calorie rice and noodles. Cooked properly, shirataki is almost passable as the real stuff, and with little to no carbs/calories. This dish has some carbs and calories, and I would guess that's becuase of the flaor. I find the flavor to be very impressve, being that it's fit into 90/180 calories. I throw some turkey or chicken meatballs in with this (a bit ghetto, but filling!) and it's delicious. I eat pad thai very often. A genuine plate can be 1000 calories. This is not identical obviously, but I think it tastes very, very good, and reasonably like good pad thai. It's different, sure, but it's 20% of the calories. I don't get the reviews that say it tastes bad. I find it delicious. Give it a try and decide for yourself!

It tastes nothing like pad thai! Sauce is too watery. It barely reminds me of Asian food. Don't buy their products! I hope this company will disappear soon.
