I've been taking Pine Bark Extract in capsule form for a few years. I decided to try this supplement in the powder form as I figured if it didn't taste good, I would make them into capsules. Pine Bark Extract offers many health benefits. It's rich in polyphenol and is a good source of vitamin C. I was told to take it a few years ago for Hormone Support. I sampled the Pine Bark Extract first with my finger. It has a reddish rust color and is a very fine powder. The taste is bitter reminds me of aspirin. I mixed it with my tea and some creamer, and I could slightly taste it. So, it's doable. Overall, I think this is a great supplement.
