Lights are large but not too bulky I use them outdoors on my back patio. They connect easy simple 120v on the wall. They came with an extra bulk and I have not had to replace any of them yet they are bright enough to light up my patio but not so bright that you couldn’t set up a nice romantic evening under them to make a great ambiance either way.

After buying other products and realizing that I wasted money I found this. Would highly recommend for all that it says but most importantly the shatterproof bulbs. No matter how careful one is, bulbs will still contact the deck. Other products bulbs would shatter with the slightest bump, these not so much. After getting them up, perfect lighting for what I wanted. I also bought a timer which I would recommend .

Just as described. These went up in my daughter's middle-school classroom and look great. She teaches Civics, so the design of the bulbs went well with the other "antique" styled items in her classroom.

These add just enough light to the deck area to cook on the grill.

These work for my patio along with other lights but not as bright as I would like.
