We absolutely love this postbox! It took a bit of time to receive it but well worth the wait! It is just as pictured, we bought the red with gold trim and the cat carrying an envelope. It is sturdy, comes with a set of keys to open to collect mail but the postman needs no key to insert mail in the top. It really stands out on our white door surround!

The first time I ordered, it looked like it left the warehouse pretty quick. Then, for the next 8 weeks, it was stuck in China Post and eventually lost. Fortunately, they did refund my money.A month later, I tried again. This time, after 6 weeks, the mailbox arrived. The mailbox is nice and sturdy (use those rubber feet included!), big enough to hold magazines flat.Moral of the story: in spite of the optimistic shipping estimate I was given, in reality expect 6 to 8 weeks for delivery to your door by this reseller.

The item ships from China which is a separate subject. I don’t have anything against products being made in China I just get extremely frustrated with drop shipping in general unless that is the expectation set (like when you shop from Temu, it is understood from the beginning that it is going to take a long time to arrive).All that aside! I finally received my product and I’m in love with it. The quality is great and the customer service was amazing (the first shipment got lost in transit, making the arrival time even longer😭, but they were responsive and sent another one out). The item was well packed and protected. Honestly I would have been happy to pay an increased product cost if the shipper would just store and ship the product from Amazon warehouses in America. Thank you!

I love this mailbox. It would be very difficult for anyone to steal mail from this box.
