I really like this, but my husband says it's too sweet. It's only sweetened with stevia, so it's considered "sugar free." It doesn't seem too sweet for me.The tropical punch flavor is good. It reminds me of the 1980s style kool-aid.I like the boost of several B vitamins. I wish it had more sodium in it, but I usually add a pinch of pink sea salt.I used this as an electrolyte supplement for an extended fast. It really helped.

This damn electrolyte powder is not that bad. The taste is a pretty strong I would say actually. Obviously hydrates me. Haven't gotten an upset stomach or nothing like that so it should be good. Obviously you got to stay hydrated so I hope it works, I think it works, I know it works! Also got to stay hydrated so stay healthy and drink some electrolytes. It doesn't clump up I've noticed so it's easy to mix I feel especially in a stainless steel cup good stuff.

I got the blue raspberry flavor and I really like it. It is a light flavor and the color is a light blue. One small container has 60 servings. This is definitely the way to go if you like adding electrolytes to your water daily. We usually buy the packets but this is cheaper. We can’t wait to try the rest of the flavors! The reason I chose this powder over others is because it was third party tested and has stevia.
