Mens Cargo Combat Shorts with Multi Pockets Elasticated Waist Small to 5XL

Great shorts for the price, but if you want size 32+ order large size not medium.

I have purchased a number of shorts in preparation for the summer and I usually fit into an L size but wanted these baggy so I purchased these at XL and sadly they are just too tight on the hip and groin regions to be comfortable enough to wear. Size issue aside they do look good I would suggest using the hip section of the size guide to gauge what size might fit best

These shorts fit well, and the quality is good. The pockets are great for security on holiday, as they are closeable. They are also big enough for phones etc. At last I won't be filling my bag with my husbands stuff.

Over the last few years my waist size has increased by a couple of inches. As such, I now find that normally a 42 waist is a good fit and 44 more comfortable for 'slobbing' around the house. When I looked at the description on these shorts, it stated that 3XL was for a 44-46 waist so I ordered that in case the waist size gets any bigger. When they arrived, I thought they looked a bit small but I tried them anyway. I managed to get them on although they were slightly tight around the leg. However, with the zip and button undone, there is a gap of about 6 inches between the button and the button hole. Fortunately, these shorts have an elasticated waist and in spite of the gap, there was enough stretch in the elastic to do them up. I checked the label and it definitely says 'XXXL' so I took out my tape measure and the measured them in the un-stretched state. It was 36 inches. By comparison, my existing shorts (a different brand described as 2XL) were 43 inches using the same measuring method. In spite of the label, there is no way that the shorts are 3XL. Because of the elastication, I can theoretically still wear them but I doubt I will bother unless my waist size decreases by several inches (which seems unlikely). I have given 3 stars because the shorts are ok and I would have been quite happy to wear them had they not been so undersized. However, with such inaccurate sizing on the 3XL, I think I have wasted my money.

Firstly, the elasticated waist was rubbish and didn't hold at all when I wore them, and the shorts were on the small size, ie. tight around the groin area, like the body section wasn't long enough. Then when I washed them, white fluff material came out of the waistband (the stitching isn't great) and covered the shorts in white fluff, which I've tried to brush off, but it seems stuck to them. They are not wearable now. Very disappointed. I will never buy from this seller again. The picture shows the white fluff coming out of the waistband.

These were well made but smaller than expected. If you want comfort order two sizes larger from what you would normally wear.

Looked good for a very short amount of time. Bought for holiday so just light wear. Initially the zip broke on the cargo pocket due to not being fitted properly. Then the inside leg seem split completely. Not well made and would therefore not recommend.
