This was perfect. The moss was real dehydrated moss. It still had some color to it and definitely wasn’t dyed like another review claimed. I was kind of worried because it was so flat at first but once I did a really heavy mist it came back instantly. It looks to already be growing and is quite healthy. I love how it looks. Take the cloth off the back if it’s too hard to cut or tear. It seems quite strong for long term.

Just as promised when the moss arrived, all it took was a light mist of water, and I watched it come back to life before my eyes! The pack arrived tightly, sealed with individually wrapped specimens of moss and came with four different types of moss, which were easily separated from their cheese cloth and planted in my terrarium! This would be a great addition to any reptile setting just ask Bob the Brown Dekay!!

This moss came packaged very well. I laid out each piece on a lined cookie sheet and misted and within 24 hours three of the mosses sprung up and looked beautiful. The 4th one, the flattest and finest moss, did not. It never quite sprung up. I live in South Florida and it’s always humid outdoors, usually 60-90% depending on season. Currently the day temps are 85-95 F. Indoors in A/C it’s about 35-40% humidity and I keep temp at 75-78 F. I intended this for an outdoor wild lizard habitat and I knew it was going to be difficult due to temps and humidity differences. Outdoors its too hot for the moss unless it’s completely shaded and indoors the humidity is too low. It was a crap shoot. So far it’s surviving outdoors in the habitat with lizard substrate and with a fountain that provides some extra watering with its splashes, but I have to mist it 4-5 times/day. Oh well… if you have the proper environment it’s great. Mine wasn’t ideal but I’m going to keep trying.

Exactly as described, I'm very happy with the moss. It perked up with a quick mist and swiftly grew vibrant and is happily living in my terrariums. Beautiful and easy.

This moss is great! My children made fairy gardens and terrarium. The moss was easy to cut and place between other plants to make a carpet of grass. With a quick spritz it came to life! It still looks fantastic, about a month later!

2 of them grow great but one or 2 of them didn’t grow at all

Did I get moss? Yes, I got moss... Some pieces were shipped wet, unlike the "maybe slightly dry" described in the listing, so the box smelled like it had been stored in a basement for five years and fell apart because it was wet. The box was just a cardboard box, not the fancy packaging shown in the video. The moss arrived in two 5" x 2.5" pieces per variety with some moss not in good condition because the plastic packaging did not allow it to breathe. So I got moss... but I didn't get moss in the format I expected, which feels very... dicey.
