It does exactly what I want by making it easier for my customers to use their credit cards or phones to check out. It works with Shopify card readers. It feels nice and sturdy and I’m happy I didn’t have to spend a ridiculous amount of money to buy Shopify’s.

It beats the price from Shopify and its easy to use. It also looks more professional then just having the square alone

We recently incorporated a new Dock Compatible with the Tap & Chip Reader into our setup, and it's made a significant improvement in how we handle payments. This stand not only fits our device perfectly but also features a smart anti-sleep function that keeps the reader active throughout the day, a small but crucial detail that ensures seamless service.However, there is a minor design aspect I hope could be improved. The placement of the plug on the base of the dock is on the side that faces the customer. This arrangement means the cable has to run around the front, which somewhat disrupts the clean look of our market setup. A plug on the opposite side would provide a tidier appearance and make the docking station even more functional.Despite this, the overall utility of the dock has been fantastic. The inclusion of both a cable and a wall charger ensures that we are always prepared, no matter how long the market day stretches. The stand is sturdy and reliable, which is essential in the often bustling and busy environment of our sales area.This dock has become an essential part of our POS system for handling transactions quickly and effectively, helping us maintain a professional presentation while serving our customers.

Nice design built for usb c units so it will not work with first gen readers (Mini usb)Does what us expected to do but it does not fit device correctly just looks bad.the design is for the shopafy card reader system ( the blured out area in the photos in the listing) so it will fit the square reader correctly.although it will fit it does not work well with the square reader as it does not fit in properly, the square reader is a smaller device and it just does not securely hold the unit.

This is a great card reader. It connected to the POS system right away, and worked with our software right away too. Was able to open another register because of this, so now we can move the customers through quicker.
